What is the Play&Stay package?
It is a bundled product that lets you reserve performance tickets and hotel accommodation together. On the day of the performance, you can receive your ticket after identity verification at the ticket desk in the hotel lobby where you are staying, between 9:00 AM and noon.

Step 2. Ticket Pickup

On the day of the performance between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Play&Stay ticket desk in the hotel lobby

Purchase confirmation (printed/mobile) + valid ID required

Step 3. Soundcheck Event

Enter early before the performance and watch the special stage
(Schedules vary by seat)

Step 4. Main Performance Entry

Entry available starting 1 hour before the performance begins

Important: Required items for ticket pickup If identity verification is not possible or the ID information does not match the booking information, you cannot receive your ticket. For a 2-person package, you must pick up together with your companion; pickup is not possible without them. Replacement is not possible if lost, so please keep it safe.

Cancellation Fees (based on Interpark)

8 days after purchase to 46 days before the performance: 4,000 won
45 to 31 days before the performance: 30% of the refund amount
30 to 15 days before the performance: 50% of the refund amount
14 to 8 days before the performance: 70% of the refund amount
7 to 4 days before the performance: 90% of the refund amount
3 days before the performance to the day of the performance: 100% of the refund amount (cancellation not possible)

Non-cancelable situations: No refund is possible if you do not attend after the performance starts, request a seat change, lose your ticket, or do not stay at the hotel.
