Disruptive behavior · Actions or item use that interferes with other audience members' enjoyment will be penalized. Illegal item sales, personal events, and dangerous behavior around the venue are prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Important Information

Identity verification policy (NOL Ticket) · From July 11, 2024, identity verification is required to prevent fraudulent bookings. Verification is always available at 'Edit member info > Verify now,' and it is valid for 1 year. You must verify again after it expires in order to make a reservation.

Safe booking service applied · This performance uses Interpark Ticket's 'Safe Booking Service.' Please check the official Interpark website for details.

Information to check when booking

Be sure to check for errors in NOL Ticket member information (date of birth, contact details, etc.)
The booker's information and the actual attendee's information must match exactly
If you purchase duplicate tickets for another performance, only one can be used and unused tickets are non-refundable
Hotel and concert tickets are a bundled product, so partial cancellations are not allowed
Within 8 days of purchase: 4,000 won fee · cancellation fees apply separately thereafter
Minors (under 19) cannot purchase

Cancellation and refund

8 days after purchase to 26 days before the performance: 4,000 won fee
25 to 15 days before the performance: 40% penalty
14 to 8 days before the performance: 70% penalty
7 to 4 days before the performance: 90% penalty
3 days before the performance to the day of the show: 100% penalty (non-refundable)

Local condition changes · Schedules and details may be changed or canceled without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances such as COVID-19, natural disasters, or operational conditions.
