Admission and Procedure

Step 1 · Preparation

Prepare the booker's own ID (including mobile ID; photos and scans not accepted) and reservation details for verification.

Minors (under 14) must bring a family member's ID and proof of family relationship.

Step 2 · Arrival

Standing-seat ticket holders may line up starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before admission. Reserved-seat ticket holders may enter before the performance starts without a separate wait.

If an entry number has been assigned, be sure to arrive before the designated time.

Step 3 · Ticket Pickup

The ticket booth operates from 3 hours before the performance starts until 30 minutes after (subject to change depending on on-site conditions).

If you have a mobile/printed ticket purchased in advance on the NOL Ticket platform, you may enter immediately.

Step 4 · Entry

You must have your ticket with you at entry. Age/ID verification procedures will be conducted.

Viewing Tips

📦Bag storage: Locker storage is available in the 1st and 2nd floor lobbies (from 1 hour before the performance, limited availability). Free for up to 2 hours; after that, small 1,000 won/medium 2,000 won/large 3,000 won (card payment only). The organizer is not responsible for damage or loss.
⏱️Arrive early: If an entry number is assigned, be sure to arrive before the designated time. Changes or cancellations due to transportation delays are not possible.
📸Photography notice: Photos and videos of the artist and audience may be taken during the performance and may be used for promotional materials. Personal recording is prohibited.
🆔Wheelchair users: When booking in advance, a disability registration certificate or welfare card, plus ID, must be verified on site. If not brought, refunds or changes are not possible.

Car & Parking
The Blue Square parking lot is full all day on the performance date. Public transportation is strongly recommended.

Parking fee: 4 hours free parking on weekdays and weekends; after that, 1,000 won per 10 minutes on weekdays / 1,500 won per 10 minutes on weekends.
Payment method: 20 minutes after entering, scan the QR code on the ticket to receive a discount settlement via an unmanned payment machine or your personal mobile phone.

If your visit is delayed due to traffic conditions or parking issues, ticket changes and cancellations are not possible.
