📱Mobile ticket — QR codes can only be presented in the NOL Ticket app or the NOL World app. Screenshots or shared image files are not accepted for entry. Please check it in the app before going to the venue.
🚫No re-entry — You cannot re-enter after leaving, so prepare anything you need in advance.
🎫Identity verification — The reservation holder's name must match the ID to enter. Please check in advance that the date of birth and contact information in your NOL Ticket account are correct.
💳Payment method — Bank transfers are not accepted. Only online card payments such as credit cards and KakaoPay are available.
🌐August 9 online live stream — You can watch from home with an internet connection. (Separate link to be announced)

Important Information

Illegal ticketing prohibited · Tickets purchased through abnormal methods (such as macros) will be canceled and may result in legal penalties. Tickets purchased through channels other than the official NOL Ticket site (private transactions, scalped tickets, etc.) are invalid.

Identity verification policy update · NOL Ticket identity verification became mandatory on July 11, 2024. Please complete it in advance via "Verify Now" on the account information edit page. The validity period is 1 year from the final verification date.

One queue per account · If you book simultaneously on multiple devices or browsers, the existing queue will be canceled.

Cancellation policy · The Safe Booking service applies. No refunds or changes on the day of the performance. Ticket cancellations are subject to NOL Ticket regulations.

Membership withdrawal warning · If you withdraw from membership, mobile tickets cannot be used. Cancellation, refunds, and changes due to this are not possible.
