For reservations paid by May 25, 2026, tickets will be shipped sequentially starting from May 26

Please verify the shipping address accurately before booking · Reissue is not available in case of loss, theft, or damage

On-site Pickup

Use the box office on the day of the performance (from 1 hour before the show starts until 30 minutes after it starts)

Reservation holder's ID + reservation details required · Copies of ID/details (screenshots/photos) accepted · Discount tickets can only be picked up by the person concerned

Begins 30 minutes before the performance starts (may vary depending on site conditions)

One ticket per person required · Entry after the show starts and seat changes may be restricted
