The on-site ticket booth operates from three hours before the show until 30 minutes after it begins, subject to change depending on circumstances. On-site purchases may be available for remaining seats only. To collect tickets, the booker must bring a valid ID (foreign visitors must bring an alien registration card or passport) and the booking confirmation.

📱Smartphone filming is allowed, but professional filming equipment is prohibited.
🪑All seats are assigned, and moving outside your booked section or seat is not permitted. Check the seat information on your ticket in advance.

Traffic congestion around the venue is expected on the day of the show, so public transportation is recommended. Delayed entry due to road congestion or parking issues is not grounds for a refund.
