Up to two tickets per person for each performance, and up to four tickets total for both days

Bulk ticket delivery

Tickets will be shipped only for bookings completed by 11.16 (Mon) 23:59. Reissuance is unavailable in case of loss or damage.

Concert day

On-site pickup and remaining-seat sales

The ticket booth operates from six hours before the concert until 30 minutes after the start. Bring your ID and booking confirmation.

Wheelchair Seat Information · Online booking is unavailable. Tickets can be booked by phone through the NOL Customer Center (1544-1555) and picked up on site only.

📷Taking photos or videos and recording during the concert are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in deletion of the materials and forced ejection without re-entry or refunds.
🆔For on-site pickup, be sure to bring your ID and booking confirmation, either printed or on your mobile device.
⏰Admission may be restricted after the concert starts, so arrive with plenty of time.
💺Moving or exchanging seats outside your assigned seat is not permitted.
🎥Official filming will take place, and audience members may appear on official channels (consent is deemed given upon booking).

Traffic congestion is expected around the venue on the concert day, so public transportation is recommended. Refunds are not available due to road conditions.
