- Foreign visitors must bring the original passport or alien registration card to collect tickets on-site.
- When booking from overseas, use the “Global Page”; delivery is not available in this case, so on-site pickup is required.
- Sections F1 and F2 and Row 1 of each section are flat-floor seats. They are close to the stage, but your view may be obstructed, so be sure to check the seating chart.
- Entry is available from 30 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive with extra time due to possible traffic congestion.

- CarParking for concert attendees costs up to KRW 5,000 per day (ticket required); public transportation is recommended due to expected traffic congestion
