Step 1
Identity verification
"Face Pass" or ID (designated valid ID) + mobile ticket required. For those under 14, documents proving direct lineage to the ticket purchaser and an ID are required.
Step 2
Receive wristband and pass
Sound Check, M&G, and Wheelchair Seat are handled at separate booths. General seats also have a simplified process when Face Pass registration is completed.
Step 3
Entry
One ticket and one entry wristband per person are required. Entry may be restricted after the show starts.
Designated valid ID (physical original required):
- Koreans: Resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, youth ID (age 9+), mobile ID (government-issued app)
- Foreign nationals: Passport, foreign registration card
- Mobile IDs cannot be captured in screenshots and must be opened in the app on site

Filming and recording are strictly prohibited · Because an online live stream will be held simultaneously, audience faces may appear in the video. If unauthorized filming or recording is detected, the materials will be deleted and you will be forcibly removed. The organizer is not responsible for device damage or loss.
Tips & Rules
Viewing Tips
- Save your mobile ticket offline: Network access may be unstable on the day of the show, so save your offline ticket in the app in advance. Available in the NOL Ticket, Interpark, and NOL World apps.
- Early arrival recommended: Heavy crowding is expected on the day of the show, so leave with plenty of time and arrive earlier than the designated time.
- Fan club presale: TWS official fan club members (global/Japan) can reserve tickets first starting Wednesday, May 27 at 8:00 PM. Pre-verification with a Weverse account is required.
- View obstruction notice: Some seats may have obstructed views due to stage production and camera equipment. Seat changes or refunds are not available for this reason.
- No re-entry: If you leave the venue during the show, re-entry is not allowed. Also, you cannot re-enter after the Sound Check event, so please be careful.
- Wheelchair seat booking: Wheelchair users may reserve by phone only through the NOL Ticket Customer Center (1544-1555) starting Saturday, May 30 at 9:00 AM. A physical disability registration card and ID are required on the day of the show.
