Entry Process

Entry Procedure and Information

Step 1 Ticket Pickup

Pick up your mobile ticket and entry wristband on site after identity verification

An ID card (original with a photo that can be verified) is required. For minors, tickets purchased by family members can be picked up on behalf of the purchaser when a family ID and a certificate of family relation are presented

Step 2 Wear the Entry Wristband

Enter after putting on the entry wristband

The entry wristband must be worn until the end of the performance

Step 3 Entry

Enter the venue after the entry wristband is confirmed

Lost or damaged entry wristbands will not be reissued

What to Avoid

Prohibited Items

🚫 Outside food and drinks such as glass bottles, canned beverages, and delivery food

🚫 Camping chairs, strollers with wheels, suitcases

🚫 Large ice boxes (over 20L)

🚫 Hazardous materials, fireworks, knives, etc.

🚫 Professional camera gear (interchangeable-lens cameras, camcorders)

🚫 Pets (except guide dogs for the visually impaired)

Beverage rules: Unopened transparent water bottles of 500 ml or less are allowed outdoors · Indoors (Ticketlink Live Arena), only water bottles of 500 ml or less are allowed · Tumblers and lunch boxes are not allowed

Ground mats are limited to 1.2 m × 1.2 m per two people. Lockers cannot store valuables and may close early, so please minimize personal belongings.

Viewing Tips

🌧️The show will go on as scheduled even in rainy weather. Rain ponchos will be distributed if needed, so waterproof preparation is recommended. Cancellations/refunds due to rain are not available.
🚬Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas within Olympic Park. Smoking inside the venue is prohibited.
📸Personal photography and video recording are allowed only for media outlets authorized by the organizer. Commercial use and unauthorized distribution of recorded footage are prohibited.
🎫Ticket transfer, illegal trading, and resale/purchase of scalped tickets are clearly illegal. If caught, both sellers and buyers may face civil and criminal penalties.
⏰Performing artists and showtimes may change due to organizer circumstances, and cancellations/refunds for this reason are not available.
🌙Overnight waiting is not recommended for safety reasons, and the organizer is not responsible for any accidents resulting from it.
