Concert Tips
- Entry is permitted only when the information entered during booking, such as date of birth and contact details, matches the actual attendee’s information. Please check carefully before booking.
- Photography, recording, and live streaming on social media are strictly prohibited during the performance. Violators may have their materials deleted and may be forcibly removed.
- Some seats, including the first rows of the OP and A–C sections on the first floor and the first row on the second floor, may have restricted views due to level differences or railings. Refunds and exchanges are not available for this reason.
- Unstaffed lockers are available in the fifth- and sixth-floor lobbies, but the venue is not responsible for loss or damage. Please keep valuables with you.
- Video recording will take place during this performance, and by booking you are deemed to have agreed that audience members’ faces may be filmed and used.

- By CarEnter through COEX Mall’s East Gate parking entrance GATE 2 (Trade Tower), then use the B2 Green Zone · Concert attendees can register for a 4-hour parking discount (KRW 4,800) at the kiosks in the fifth- and sixth-floor lobbies or with the ticket QR code; an additional KRW 1,500 is charged for every 15 minutes beyond 4 hours
The area around the venue is prone to heavy traffic, so congestion is expected. Public transportation is recommended whenever possible. Ticket changes and refunds are not available even if entry is delayed due to transportation or parking delays.
