Entry Procedure

Ticket Issuance

Tickets are issued through the mobile NOL Ticket service; physical tickets are not provided.

ID Verification

Foreign nationals must bring the original of a valid passport or foreigner registration card (screenshots and copies are not accepted).

Wristband Exchange

After ticket verification, exchange your ticket for an admission wristband at the venue. Proxy pickup is generally not permitted.

However, tickets received through “Gift” may be picked up by a proxy.

Venue Entry

Re-entry and entry are not permitted without a wristband, so wear it undamaged throughout both days.

Information for Minors Entering with an Accompanying Adult · Children in elementary school or younger (born in 2014 or earlier) may enter free of charge when accompanied by a direct family member aged 19 or older. Documents such as a family relationship certificate must be brought. Without the required documents, free admission is not available and a separate ticket must be purchased.
