🪪When collecting your ticket and entering the venue, be sure to bring the ticket purchaser’s physical government-issued ID (photos and copies are not accepted) and booking confirmation. Foreign nationals must bring a passport or foreigner registration card.
💳If you booked by bank transfer, payment must be made by 23:59 on the booking date to avoid cancellation.
🎫When booking through the global page, errors in the name, date of birth, or other information cannot be corrected, so make sure the details exactly match your passport information.
🧳The baggage storage service operates free of charge from 2 hours before the concert until 40 minutes before the start, but it may close early. We recommend keeping valuables with you.
🎟️The box office operates from 2 hours and 30 minutes before the concert until 30 minutes afterward, so allow plenty of time when collecting tickets at the venue.
🪑The reserved seats on the second floor have a tiered layout, and the view may be partially obstructed by railings or other structures. Refunds are not available for this reason.
