Those who booked SOUNDCHECK seats can enter early before the concert and watch the artist soundcheck, which runs for about 30 minutes. After the event ends, you will wait inside the venue until the main concert begins.

Important · No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the soundcheck event. If you miss it for personal reasons, ticket refunds are not available. Also, you may only watch from the seat you booked, and entry is not allowed after the event starts.

Delivery Guide · Initial bookings completed before May 27 at 9:59 AM will be shipped sequentially starting June 4. Address changes are possible only until May 28 at 9:59 AM. Bookings made after May 28 at 10:00 AM are available only for on-site pickup. Requests to cancel delivery are possible only until June 4 at noon; after that, shipping fees are non-refundable.
On-site Pickup Guide · Pickup is available at the box office from 3 hours before the concert starts until the concert ends. You must bring the booker's valid ID, booking confirmation, and additional supporting documents if needed. (Global page bookers must pick up on-site)
ID Verification · Accepted IDs: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport (valid), mobile ID (official app required), youth ID (must have institution head seal and transparent sticker), foreign registration card. Student IDs, employee IDs, expired IDs, and screenshots of mobile IDs are not accepted.

Entry begins 1 hour before the concert starts
Enter by tagging the digital card ticket on a dedicated reader
Step 3: Entry
Entry is allowed only for those holding one ticket per person
Please arrive early, as entry after the concert starts may be restricted.
Reasons for denied entry · No ticket, name mismatch, under 7 years old, illegal ticket transactions detected, COVID-19 positive cases, etc.

Tips
Viewing Tips and Precautions
- No filming · Photos, videos, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the concert. If caught, the material will be deleted and you will be forcibly removed; ticket refunds will not be issued. Illegal recordings may lead to criminal charges.
- Special effects caution · If you are seated close to the stage, be careful of fireworks, pyrotechnics, and sound effects. Pregnant women, elderly people, and those with photosensitive epilepsy should consider their health condition carefully before booking.
- No sharing ticket images · Do not post ticket photos on social media, etc. This is important for preventing illegal duplication and protecting personal security.
- Public transportation recommended · Heavy traffic is expected on the day of the concert, so using the subway or bus is recommended. Refunds are not possible due to traffic delays.
- No leaning on railings · For safety, do not lean on railings while watching. Always follow the instructions of on-site staff.
- Consent to likeness rights · You may appear in videos recorded during the concert, and such footage may be used commercially worldwide. By booking, you are deemed to have agreed to this.
