As of January 17, 2024, the listed admission fees are 5,000 won for adults, 3,000 won for teenagers, and 2,000 won for children. Exhibition records ranging from Jeon Dong-hui to Mukro Lee Yong-u

Jeonju Museum of Art is introduced as a multifaceted cultural space that holds special and themed exhibitions every year and operates educational, lecture, and hands-on programs. From July 5 to July 17, 2016, it held the invitational exhibition 《Landscape, Singing of Hope_Jeon Dong-hui》, the second exhibition in a series discovering veteran artists active in Jeonbuk, focusing on Jeon Dong-hui’s life and artistic world.

In 2021, the museum highlighted Mukro Lee Yong-u in an exhibition of modern-era deceased artists, with works from the 1930s and 1940s scheduled to be introduced. Past exhibition records also include an invitational exhibition of Yoo Gi-jun’s “Myo-geumdo Bugwido” series in 2018, held in the special exhibition gallery as a summer vacation special project.

Seal-making held in the education room outside the galleries

The programs at Jeonju Museum of Art do not end with viewing the artworks. Based in the education room, the museum offers educational, lecture, and hands-on programs. In the past, it was selected as an operating institution for “A Day with Culture at the Museum” and held a seal-making experience in which participants carved their own seals by hand.

During this cultural event, visitors could view the exhibitions without an admission fee and take part in the experience free of charge. The 2014 “7080 Memory Excursion” exhibition was held in Exhibition Rooms 2 and 3, while the 2018 Yoo Gi-jun invitational exhibition took place in the special exhibition gallery, so the programs and exhibition character varied by gallery.
