Seaside Park is located around 6 Haneuldalbit-ro 2beon-gil, Yeongjong-gu, and covers 1.771 million ㎡, including approximately 670,000 ㎡ of forest. The park manages 10,134 trees, 408,329 shrubs, 1,575,424 flowering plants, and 135,792 ㎡ of grass and ground cover.

This park was planned by utilizing the southern coastal road section of Yeongjong Sky City, which extends from Gueupbaetteo toward the Incheon Bridge Observatory. According to reports from 2014, the planned area consisted of a 7.8-km-long, 20-m-wide section and a 1.792-million-㎡ site, with themes including tidal flats, salt fields, migratory birds, sunset views, and Yeongjong's historical and cultural landscape. In 2017, Incheon's first rail bike, designed to reflect the park's characteristics, opened here.

The official route map shows a course beginning at the parking lot, ticket office, and boarding area, then passing through the tree tunnel, Sky Cloud Plaza Observatory, cafeteria, children's water playground, scenic waterfall, tennis courts, and Songsan Park before reaching the endpoint.

The rail bike is operated by Yeongjong Seaside Rail Bike Co., Ltd., rather than directly by the Incheon Facilities Corporation. Separate from the park's main civil-complaint number, rail bike inquiries can be made at 032-719-7778. Before arriving on-site, it is advisable to check the operating sessions and fares for the desired date on the private operator's reservation page. Park admission is free, but the rail bike is a separately paid facility.

The 18-m ocean observatory is open to the public indoors only from 09:00 to 18:00

The Ocean Observatory is located at the same address as the management office, 6 Haneuldalbit-ro 2beon-gil, and is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. It is 18 m high and combines a scenic waterfall and viewing facilities, taking Dumujin in Baengnyeongdo as its inspiration.

The stairs inside the observatory may be dark, so visitors should watch their footing while ascending. Leaning or climbing on the railings is prohibited. Alcohol and food are also prohibited, and the facility is operated as a non-smoking area. Since no information about an elevator or ramp was found in the official guidance, wheelchair and stroller users may find it better to plan around the nearby coastal walking sections rather than the upper observatory.

The seawater foot bath at 71 Keunmal-ro operates from early April through late October

The seawater foot bath is located at 71 Keunmal-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon. It operates annually from early April through late October, from 10:00 to 17:00. It is closed every Monday; if Monday is a public holiday, it is closed the following day. Since it does not operate during winter, visitors coming between November and March should not include the foot bath in their itinerary.

The facility uses seawater from a depth of 400 m. Visitors must wash their feet at the foot-washing station before entering, and soap and cleaning products are prohibited to prevent seawater contamination. Do not immerse body parts other than the feet, and children must be accompanied by a guardian. Pets and food are also not allowed inside the foot bath area.

The 60 tent sites and 22 caravans operate separately from the park

The general campground is around 1630-12, Unnam-dong, with a total of 60 sites. Area A has 22 standard gravel sites, Area B has 14 standard decks measuring 8 m × 4 m, and Area C has 24 standard decks measuring 4 m × 4 m. The caravan campground is located at San 148-221, Unnam-dong, and consists of 22 caravans.

The two campgrounds are operated by Yeongjong Seaside Campground Co., Ltd., rather than directly by the Incheon Facilities Corporation. The contact number for campground inquiries and reservations is 032-719-7779. Camping, cooking, and lighting fires are prohibited inside the park except in designated areas, so overnight stays must be made only in reserved campground areas.

From Yeongjong Station on the Airport Railroad, take bus 223, get off at Dongbo Nobility Bus Stop, and walk 680 m. From Unseo Station, take bus 223, 203, 320, or 307 to the same stop, then walk 680 m. Because the park is large and the rail bike, foot bath, and campground each use different addresses, it is advisable to enter the name of the specific destination into a map again after getting off the bus.

By car, from the Yeongjong Bridge direction, the suggested route is approximately 5.4 km via Geumsan IC and along Jayeon-daero and Haneuldalbit-ro. From the Incheon Bridge direction, turn right toward Gueupbaetteo Complexes 6 and 7, then follow Yeongjong-daero and Haneuldalbit-ro for approximately 8.0 km. Parking outside designated areas is prohibited, and parking fees and the number of available spaces by area were not confirmed on the official page.

Why it is better to choose just two destination facilities than to walk the entire route at once

Seaside Park has a 5.6-km rail bike route, campgrounds with 60 tent sites and 22 caravans, four children's play facilities, a water playground, a heated seawater foot bath, a scenic waterfall, an ocean observatory, a bicycle rental station, three tennis courts, one futsal court, two basketball courts, one foot-volleyball court, and 11 restrooms distributed throughout the park. Without selecting destinations in advance, visitors may end up covering a long distance even on a simple walk.

For a first visit, an efficient approach is to go to the Yeongjongjin Station Area according to the rail bike reservation time, then combine the scenic waterfall and nearby sections before or after the ride. If the seawater foot bath is the main focus, first check its operating conditions: early April through late October, 10:00–17:00, with Mondays closed. Since the observatory closes at 18:00, visitors arriving in the late afternoon should plan their route backward from the time needed to view the upper level.

Fines of up to 100,000 won may be imposed for damaging trees, causing excessive noise or foul odors, or leaving pet waste unattended in the park. Dogs must be kept on a controllable leash. Cooking, camping, lighting fires, and parking outside designated areas are also prohibited.
