Yongin Everland, launched as Yongin Natural Farm in 1976: a one-day itinerary
Everland in Cheoin-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, opened in 1976 as Yongin Natural Farm and adopted its current name in 1996. Since daily operating hours and admission prices vary by date, the safest option is to select your visit date in the app or on the official reservation page and check the details.

From Yongin Natural Farm in 1976 to Everland in 1996
Everland began as Yongin Natural Farm, which opened in April 1976. In 1968, Samsung transformed abandoned mountainous land into an agricultural demonstration complex for the public. As a zoo, amusement facilities, and cultural facilities were added, the site gradually took on the character of a multifaceted leisure space rather than merely an agricultural complex.
In March 1996, its 20th anniversary, it began using the new name “Everland.” On April 17 of the same year, Global Fair opened, and Tulip Garden was renovated as Four Seasons Garden. In other words, the Global Fair starting at the main entrance and the seasonal gardens can be understood as an extension of the spatial structure created during the 1996 brand transition.

The final shuttle-connected leg from Jeondae·Everland Station to the main entrance
By public transportation, the official guidance recommends taking the Yongin EverLine to Jeondae·Everland Station and then traveling toward the main entrance by shuttle bus. Rather than planning to walk directly to the park after getting off at the station, it is better to first check the station shuttle boarding location and the day’s operating status.
The address is 199 Everland-ro, Pogok-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the general information telephone number is 031-320-5000. Paid shuttle products departing from Seoul are also sold by separate operators, but routes, departure points, and cancellation policies may change frequently, so check both the round-trip schedule and the return-vehicle departure time before payment.
- Address: 199 Everland-ro, Pogok-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do
- Public transportation: Take the main-entrance shuttle from Jeondae·Everland Station on the EverLine or from the Everland bus stop
- Inquiries: 031-320-5000
Why to check daily prices for all-day passes and the day’s calendar for operating hours
Rather than having one fixed admission fee, Everland uses a reservation structure in which product prices vary according to the visit date and affiliated conditions. Smart Reservation displays all-day passes with partner cards from 26,000 won and card-payment discount products from 34,100 won, but these are not standard prices that apply to every date and every visitor.
Operating hours may also change depending on park conditions and the season. Barrier-free tourism information from the Korea Tourism Organization gives general examples of 10:00–19:00 on weekdays, 10:00–20:00 on weekends, and year-round operation, but the actual opening, closing, and performance times for the date of your visit must be reconfirmed on the official website or the Everland app. Online all-day passes can be canceled until the day before the visit, and guidance states that unused passes are automatically canceled the following day, so if you selected the wrong date, check the cancellation deadline first.
- Admission pass: Varies by date and partner; Smart Reservation recommended
- Operating hours: Vary depending on the season and park conditions
- Closing days: Listed as open year-round, but check the official calendar for operation on the day of your visit
- Official reservations: Select the visit date, then check the product, price, and cancellation conditions
Choosing between paid parking at the main entrance and free parking farther away to avoid a 25-minute walk
When visiting by car, first decide whether to use the paid parking lot near the main entrance or a free parking lot farther away. Official Smart Reservation lists valet parking at the main-entrance parking lot at 25,000 won, and also offers parking-benefit products for the West Gate parking lot that require entering the vehicle number.
Walking from a remote free parking lot to the main entrance may take about 25 minutes, so consider using the free shuttle as well. If you are traveling with young children, a stroller, or a wheelchair, or if you want to reduce travel time after closing, it is more practical to include the parking location and transfer time to the main entrance in your itinerary rather than comparing parking fees alone.
From Global Fair to Zootopia: Visit reserved facilities first in the morning
On your first visit, it is efficient to register your admission pass in the app immediately after entering, then check the times and remaining availability for facilities and performances covered by Smart Reservation. The 2026 Team Everland guidance also states that performances and Smart Reservation products operate with a set amount of availability for each date.
An easy-to-follow route starts at Global Fair by the main entrance, passes through Four Seasons Garden in European Adventure, and continues toward Zootopia. If animal experiences such as Safari World and Lost Valley are your priorities, check their reservation and waiting policies in the morning, and schedule the gardens and photo opportunities for the afternoon, when the light becomes softer.
- Immediately after entry: Register your pass in the app and check available reservation times
- Top priority: Animal experiences such as Safari World and Lost Valley
- Later in the day: Four Seasons Garden; check the day’s times for parades and nighttime performances
- Meals: Check the operating status of restaurants in the app on the day of your visit
May 22–June 21: Rose Garden filled with 7,200 varieties and 3 million roses
The 2026 Rose Festival was held from May 22 to June 21 and featured 720 varieties and 3 million roses. Although that period has already passed, it demonstrates how significantly Everland’s seasonal garden content changes, centered on Four Seasons Garden and the Rose Garden.
The theme of the 2026 festival was “Hotel Rrt,” presented as a European-style hotel garden, with photo zones, themed menus, merchandise, performances, and fragrance experiences. For events with a fixed end date, such as the Rose Festival, check the event name, dates, and garden bloom status first, then decide on your visit date rather than checking only after purchasing an admission ticket.

What to check, from strollers starting at 5,000 won to the disability ride reservation system
After entering through the main entrance, you can rent a stroller on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Service Center on the right. According to barrier-free tourism information, a single stroller costs 5,000 won plus a 1,000-won deposit, while a double stroller costs 15,000 won plus a 5,000-won deposit. A lock costs 5,000 won plus a 3,000-won deposit. Since the deposit is listed as payable in cash, it is safer to prepare cash.
Accessible parking spaces are available in the MA, MB, and Lots 1–5 parking areas, and step-free routes to the entrances and several accessible restrooms are provided. For visitors with severe disabilities who have difficulty waiting in line for long periods, the Everland mobile app provides a disability ride reservation mode, so check the app settings and eligibility requirements before visiting. Nursing rooms are listed to the right of Safari World, next to China Moon, between Aesop Gift and Lily Dance, and at Kidscovery.
- Strollers: Guest Service Center on the right after entering through the main entrance; first come, first served
- Accessible parking: MA, MB, and Lots 1–5
- Accessible rides: Disability ride reservation mode in the app
- Foreign languages: Official visitor information and performance schedule pages are available in English
Eat packed lunches in the Picnic Area and organize prohibited items before reaching the main entrance
Packed lunches may be eaten in the designated Picnic Area inside the park, but they cannot be used in restaurants or outdoor terraces. Group information states that seats in the Picnic Area cannot be reserved separately, so groups with many people should avoid scheduling their meal at the same time as a performance.
Portable gas stoves, picnic mats, pets except guide dogs, bicycles, inline skates, kickboards, and similar items are not permitted. To protect the animals, feeding them and taking flash photographs are also prohibited, and smoking is allowed only in designated areas equipped with ashtrays. If combining Everland with Caribbean Bay on the same day, note that bringing in food is prohibited and that the storage arrangements are different.
