Hanam lies within a living area connecting southeastern Seoul and Misa Riverside New Town, so the complex was designed to create a “day-long itinerary” rather than simply house individual shops. The official guide lists stores by floor from B2 to 4F, with Shinsegae Department Store and 21 restaurants and cafés located together on 1F.

The official FAQ states that parking is currently free. However, because the building is large and has many parking areas, it is helpful to record the pillar number, hall number, and entrance on your phone after parking. A 2024 Aquafield visitor review also mentioned that parking near Hall 1 or around 18–19I was convenient for accessing the facilities on the third floor, although the best route on the day may vary depending on parking guidance and congestion.

If you plan to include water activities, the water park closes earliest. It is therefore better to visit Aquafield first in the morning or early afternoon, followed by dining, shopping, and a movie. Past visitor reviews have noted that Aquafield can be busy even on weekdays. Children may need a tube or life jacket when using the water park, so be sure to check the facility’s safety rules on site.

Conditions to observe when bringing pets or using strollers and wheelchairs

Starfield Hanam allows only vaccinated dogs and cats to enter when accompanied by a leash or carrier. The leash must be secured at a length of no more than 1.5 m. Entry is restricted for dangerous dogs listed in the official guide, including Tosa dogs, American Pit Bull Terriers, and Rottweilers, as well as their mixed breeds.

Route 81 is shown as operating from Starfield toward Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong. Route 9302 connects the BRT garage and Jamsil Station via Starfield, Misa Riverside New Town, and Olympic-daero.
