The current English Korea Tourism Organization page lists 8,000 won for adults, 6,000 won for teenagers, and 5,000 won for children, but because the attraction is marked closed due to fire damage, these cannot be regarded as current prices being sold.

Admission Fees Changed to 8,000 Won for Adults and Contact Numbers

The fees in the Korea Tourism Organization’s English guide are 8,000 won for adults, 6,000 won for teenagers, and 5,000 won for children. In contrast, materials from November 2023 list 7,000 won for adults, 6,000 won for teenagers, and 5,000 won for children, while a review from July 2015 lists 5,000 won for adults, 4,000 won for teenagers, and 3,000 won for children.

2023 materials state that groups of 20 or more, military and police personnel, and people with disabilities received a 1,000-won discount, and that the contact number was 033-636-3680 and card payments were accepted free of charge. The latest English Korea Tourism Organization guide lists 0507-1421-3680, but as operations are suspended, current availability cannot be guaranteed for either number.

Teddy Bear Farm was also introduced under the name “Seorak Bear Museum.” The exhibition transformed images of life and leisure around Ulsanbawi and Seoraksan Mountain into doll scenes, including bears climbing ice walls and rock faces, bears skiing, and bears playing golf.

Scenes featuring the gaetbae ferry running between Abai Village in Cheongho-dong, Sokcho, and downtown, bears unloading squid from fishing boats, and bears serving at the GOP were also introduced. Sunbathing Teddy bears, polar bears, Asiatic black bears, and pandas were placed throughout the exhibition hall, and scenes of traditional weddings, neolttwigi, and jegichagi were also mentioned in a July 2025 review.

Ojuk Forest Teddy Garden and Ulsanbawi Beyond the Glass Windows

The entrance featured a “Teddy Garden” decorated as an Ojuk bamboo forest. The garden was said to include a panda bear sunbathing, an Asiatic black bear serving as a gardener, and Teddy enjoying a picnic. A July 2025 review states that indoor exhibition facilities and an outdoor garden were both present, with bear and rabbit sculptures in the outdoor garden.

Teddy Café was introduced as a space where Ulsanbawi filled an entire glass window, and as a place to drink beverages while listening to classical music. However, the café’s current operating status, beverage prices, number of seats, and operating hours have not been confirmed, so descriptions from before the fire should not be treated as current facility information.

Works by International Designers and the Actual Scope of Photography

The Teddy Bear Farm collection corner was said to display teddy bear works by internationally renowned designers along with various accessories. The same corner also explained the history and meaning of teddy bears, including the explanation that the name Teddy originated from the nickname of Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th president of the United States.

How to Take Bus 3-1 from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal and Its Limitations

Visitors from outside the area can use Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal as their starting point. Sokcho City’s guide introduces a route using Sokcho city bus 3-1 toward Cheoksan Hot Springs, but publicly available materials do not specify the exact stop where visitors should get off for Teddy Bear Farm.

According to a 2015 review, viewing the entire exhibition took less than 30 minutes, and the route involved viewing one side, then returning in the opposite direction from the entrance to see another exhibition hall. Therefore, if the attraction reopens, the recommended length of stay can be estimated at about 30 minutes or less based on past reviews, but the current opening range of the outdoor garden, café, and exhibition halls is unknown.
