How to Get There

Chunghon Tower is located in Daemyeong-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu. For foreign travelers, the most convenient way is to use the subway or a bus.

Subway

Get off at Hyeonchungno Station on Daegu Subway Line 1, then exit through Exit 2. It is about a 5-minute walk toward Chunghon Tower from the exit.

Bus

Get off at the Chunghon Tower bus stop. Available buses include 300, Circular 3-1, 503, 564, and 649.

Walk

After getting off at Exit 2 of Hyeonchungno Station or at the Chunghon Tower bus stop, head toward the right side of the Chunghon Tower public parking lot. You can easily find it by following the signs.

• Front plaza of Chunghon Tower: Taking a photo from slightly below and facing the tower directly highlights its height well. Soft light in the morning or late afternoon is best.
