Immediately after the Apple event ended, Rosé uploaded a selfie taken with the new iPhone. Standing in front of a mirror with blonde hair, she created a distinctive mood by pairing a form-fitting blue top with a checkered skirt. The accompanying video showed her holding a giant lollipop and gazing at the camera.

In particular, Apple's official account announced alongside Rosé's video that “get set ready. 'new trick' by ROS drops 9.17 @ 7pm EST. Shot on iPhone 18 Pro.” This indicated that Rosé's new song “new trick” is scheduled for release on the 17th and that its music video was filmed with the iPhone 18 Pro.
