In a video released on the 8th through her personal channel 'Yura Yura Hae', Yura spent time reminiscing about the early days of debut with Sojin, who had been a member of the same group.

That day, Yura began by saying, "I was a member who joined in the middle after Girl's Day debuted, and at the time Sojin unnie was 23 and I was a high school senior. So I remember being very cautious." She added, "Looking back now, I think Sojin unnie was also very young then."

The two pointed to the release of 'Expectation' in 2013 as the point when the team's atmosphere really began to improve. Yura recalled, "From then on, our teamwork got better and the mood really came alive."

In particular, Yura honestly revealed that she had many concerns before joining Girl's Day. She recalled, "Back then, even among the trainees at my former agency, I remember laughing when we saw Girl's Day's debut song." Sojin empathized, saying, "If it were me, I don't think I could have easily decided after seeing 'Tilt Your Head'. It was really a life-or-death choice."

However, it was her mother's advice that ultimately played a big role in deciding to join. Yura said, "My mother looked into it carefully and said the members were singing really well," adding, "When I looked again, I thought it was a team with excellent skills, so I decided to join."

Sojin, recalling her first impression of Yura at their first meeting, said, "She seemed very innocent and like someone who had just moved to Seoul. Even so, she had great energy and seemed full of confidence." Yura made everyone laugh by honestly saying, "When I was in Ulsan, I came up thinking I was the prettiest girl there. I thought, 'This should be okay, right?' but when I got here, I realized I was the ugliest one."

She also recalled filming MBC's 'Family Variety Flower Bouquet', saying, "It was a program where all the pretty people gathered. I was shocked once by seeing Suzy, and then shocked again by seeing Jiyeon. There wasn't just one or two pretty people." She shared how she felt at the time, saying, "Right after filming, I immediately got discouraged, went into the booth, and cried," and "At that time, I thought, 'I wasn't a pretty person,' and 'Seoul really is different.'"

Girl's Day debuted in 2010 with 'Tilt Your Head'. Although the concept and stage performance received somewhat mixed reviews at the time, the team later reorganized after member changes, and Yura joined the team the same year, completing the current four-member lineup. Since then, they gained mainstream popularity through hit songs such as 'Expectation' and 'Something', establishing themselves as a representative second-generation girl group.
