'Geoje Yaho' Re:Scene, a Miracle Backward Run

Group RESCENE is riding a reversal trend.

RESCENE (Won-i, Liv, Minami, May, Zena) is setting a new personal best on major domestic music charts with the title track "LOVE ATTACK" from its first mini album, "SCENEDROME," released in August 2024.

The gyaru and dialect concept recently showcased on member Won-i's personal YouTube channel, "Hello, I'm Won-i, Please Take Good Care of Me," began drawing attention on social media. This momentum directly led to the song's success, and "LOVE ATTACK," which was released about two years ago, made it onto the charts thanks to word of mouth.

"LOVE ATTACK" ranked 11th on the Bugs real-time chart and 21st on the daily chart, followed by 19th on the FLO chart, 105th on Genie Music's "TOP 200" daily chart, and 54th on the real-time chart. It also ranked 28th on Melon's "TOP100" and reached 68th on the daily chart, while placing 10th on Apple Music's "TOP100 Korea" today, 11th on YouTube Music's "Korean Popular Songs Top100," and 22nd on the Spotify Korea daily chart, showing a broad upward trend.

RESCENE made its official debut in March 2024 with its first single album, "Re:Scene." The team name carries the meaning of recalling a scene (SCENE) again (RE) through fragrance, and it drew attention with its distinctive "scent marketing" and stylish concept. After gaining notice for its strong vocal skills and visual harmony, the group has recently been expanding its public recognition as the members' distinctive short-form content has sparked a response in online communities.

RESCENE will make a comeback in July with a remake digital single.
