BTS’s Jungkook stands alongside Messi and Ronaldo… No. 5 worldwide in TikTok views

BTS’s Jungkook stood shoulder to shoulder with global sports and pop stars after surpassing 421 billion hashtag views on TikTok.

Recently, ‘About Music,’ which shares global music news, released a ranking of celebrity hashtags with the highest all-time view counts on the short-form video platform TikTok.

According to the data released, the hashtag ‘#jungkook,’ named after Jungkook, recorded more than 421 billion views and ranked fifth overall.

BTS, the group Jungkook belongs to, took first place. Hashtags related to BTS recorded approximately 1 trillion views, earning the highest ranking.

Footballer Lionel Messi ranked second with 770 billion views, followed by Cristiano Ronaldo in third with 624 billion views. Pop star Taylor Swift ranked fourth with 448 billion views.

Jungkook ranked among the top five alongside these stars, demonstrating the strong interest of global fans. In particular, he recorded the highest view count among male singers included in the ranking.

Jungkook has also continued to enjoy popularity on TikTok through his music. His solo songs ‘Seven,’ ‘3D,’ and ‘Standing Next to You,’ as well as ‘Left and Right,’ his collaboration with Charlie Puth, and ‘Dreamers,’ the official World Cup soundtrack, have been used on TikTok and attracted fans’ attention.

He continues to wield tremendous influence not only through his individual activities but also as a member of BTS. It is also notable that BTS and Jungkook ranked first and fifth, respectively, in this ranking.

Meanwhile, Jungkook has gained worldwide popularity through his solo activities as the main vocalist of BTS.
