BTS’s Jungkook Becomes the First Korean to Be the Main Subject in a U.S. Children’s History Book

[Sports Seoul | Reporter Park Gyeong-ho] Jungkook, a member of the group BTS, has been selected as the first Korean to be featured as the main character in an American children's biography series.

Jungkook will appear as the main character in the children's book series 'My Itty-Bitty Bio (My Itty-Bitty Bio, My Very Small Biography),' scheduled for publication in August.

Publisher Cherry Lake Publishing introduced the Jungkook edition, saying, "BTS's youngest member, Jungkook, rose to global stardom at the age of 15," and added, "This book explains Jungkook's life and influence in an easy-to-understand way, from world tours to military service."

The series also includes figures who left a major mark on the world, including former U.S. President Barack Obama, Abraham Lincoln, and Mother Teresa, alongside Jungkook.

In particular, Jungkook proved his presence by being listed alongside global pop stars such as Taylor Swift, Beyonce, and Harry Styles.

Meanwhile, BTS, which Jungkook belongs to, is currently on a North American tour and will hold concerts on the 7th and on the 9th and 10th (local time) at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City.
