[MyDaily = Reporter Seoyeon Park] BTS member Jin shared his thoughts ahead of the Gwanghwamun comeback performance.

On the 19th, Jin wrote on the fan community platform Weverse, "It's suddenly one day until the comeback. Thanks to many people's help and support, we are able to hold the comeback show at Gwanghwamun."

He added, "It is an honor to be able to greet everyone together in such a meaningful place after a long time, and I'm very thankful to those who helped and everyone who understood."

He also said, "We will do our best to put on a great performance," and asked, "For those attending in person, please be sure to pay attention to your safety."

Meanwhile, BTS will release their 5th studio album 'Arirang (ARIRANG)' on the 20th and make a full-group comeback. The next day, on the 21st at 8 PM, they will hold 'BTS COMEBACK LIVE: ARIRANG' around Gwanghwamun Square.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency expects up to 260,000 people to gather on site, and will deploy about 6,500 police officers across all units—including some 70 riot police units—for traffic, crime prevention, detectives, and special forces, and mobilize about 5,400 pieces of equipment. The government announced on the 18th that it will raise the terror alert to 'caution' for the Jongno-gu and Jung-gu areas of Seoul ahead of the Gwanghwamun performance.
