On-site pickup: from 4 hours before the show until 30 minutes after · Reservation confirmation + valid ID required · Only the purchaser may collect

Wheelchair seat reservation: Only phone inquiries to Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042) are available · Operating hours 09:00~18:00 (KST) · Disability registration card required
