Accessible wheelchair seats are available exclusively by phone booking through the Melon Ticket customer center (1899-0042) from 10:00 AM on the ticket opening day. (Weekdays/weekends 09:00–18:00)

Concert Tips

📱Complete identity verification before booking. If verification is incomplete, booking may be blocked even after you pass through the waiting queue.
🛂International visitors must bring their passport or alien registration card (only the physical document is accepted; copies and photos are not accepted) when collecting tickets on-site and entering the venue.
🎫Melon Ticket is the only official seller. Admission may be denied for tickets purchased through other channels.
🕕Admission begins 1 hour before the concert, and the on-site box office operates from 3 hours before the concert.
♿Second-floor seats are fixed stepped seats, and safety fences may partially obstruct the view.
