Step 1 · Check Mobile Ticket

Check the QR code in the Interpark NOL app (or NOL World app). Offline storage in advance is recommended

Requires iOS 6.2.3 or later, Android 5.9.1 or later. Screenshots and copies are not allowed

Step 2 · Present ID

Present your physical ID and mobile ticket at the on-site entry point

Accepted IDs: resident registration card, driver's license, passport, mobile ID, youth ID, foreign registration card
Not accepted: student ID, employee ID, health insurance card, expired passport

Step 3 · Exchange and Wear Wristband

Exchange the ticket for a wristband and have staff put it on (reissue is not available if lost)

After that, re-entry into the venue is allowed freely

Step 4 · Entry

Enter the venue after confirming the worn wristband

Please arrive early, as waiting may be required if it is crowded

Mobile Ticket Required · No physical ticket will be issued, and delivery or on-site pickup is not available. Entry is possible only with a wristband.

Viewing Tips

⏰Prepare for public transport congestion: after the concert ends, subways and buses will not operate, so taxis or private cars are recommended
📵No filming: copyright or portrait-right infringements are subject to legal penalties, and CCTV is installed
☔Rain ponchos will be distributed in case of rain: since rain ponchos are limited, bringing an umbrella or rain poncho is recommended
🎫Arrive early: refunds are not available if entry is delayed due to congestion, so please arrive well in advance
🚫No saving spots: reserving seats and setting up tents are prohibited
🪪Alcohol verification: a separate adult verification wristband is required when purchasing alcohol (issued after ID check)

Traffic Congestion Expected · Heavy traffic is expected on nearby roads on the day of the event. Please arrive with plenty of time, and delays due to road or parking conditions are not grounds for a refund.

Reservation and Cancellation · Refund Policy

Prohibition on Transfer and Resale · Ticket transfers, resales, and name changes are not allowed. Any damage caused by unauthorized transfer or illegal transactions is solely the responsibility of the parties involved, and the organizer and operator are not liable.

Cancellation · Refund Information · Cancellations are possible until 23:59 the day before the performance, subject to a fee. On the day of the performance (including severe weather), if the performing artist changes, or if the time changes, refunds are not available.

No Same-Day Refunds · No same-day refunds or exchanges are possible for any reason, including congestion, delayed entry, or traffic conditions.

Youth Reservations and Proxy Purchases · Those under 19 may reserve only under the name of a guardian (direct lineal ascendant). For proxy purchases by direct family members, a family relationship certificate and student ID must be presented. Collateral family members (siblings) may not purchase by proxy.

Membership Cancellation Caution · If you cancel your account after booking, the mobile ticket will become unusable, resulting in entry restrictions and no refund eligibility.
