General Booking

• Booking opens: June 15, 2026 (Mon) 7:00 PM (remaining seats only)
• Purchase limit: Up to 2 tickets per person per session (including presale; cannot exceed 2 tickets total)
• If you choose bank transfer at payment, payment must be completed by 11:59 PM the same day; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Wheelchair and Disability Booking

• Booking opens: From the morning of June 16, 2026 (Tue)
• Method: Phone booking through NOL Ticket Customer Center (1544-1555)
• Companions must also purchase a separate seat
• On the day, please bring your disability registration card, welfare card, and your own ID

Entry and Procedures

Step 1 · Ticket Pickup

Bulk delivery period: June 29, 2026 (Mon) ~ 30 (Tue)
Reservations made after that can be picked up on-site on the day of the performance

On-site booth operation: From 2 hours before the show starts to 30 minutes after the show ends (subject to change)

Step 2 · Check Required Items

Required items: Booking confirmation (mobile or printed) + booking holder's ID (physical copy)
For family bookings: 1 of the following - family relation certificate, resident registration copy, or health insurance card + IDs of both parties

Accepted IDs: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, mobile ID/drivers license, youth ID/student ID (photo/name/date of birth/school seal required), alien registration card/passport (foreign nationals)

Step 3 · Entry

Entry begins 1 hour before the show starts (entry not allowed without ID)

Entry available only for ticket holders with 1 ticket per person

Step 4 · Viewing

View only from the reserved assigned seat (unauthorized seat changes may result in removal)

A hi-bye event is planned in front of the venue after the show ends (follow on-site announcements)

Ticket Management and Cancellation Policy

• Ticket changes/cancellations/refunds: Absolutely not allowed on the day of the performance or after it ends
• Mailed tickets cannot be canceled online (accepted only through return shipping)
• Lost/damaged tickets cannot be reissued or refunded -> must be kept safely
• Pickup or transfer by proxy is prohibited except for immediate family; only reservations under the purchaser's own name are allowed

Photography and Live Broadcast Prohibited

All photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited. If caught, materials will be deleted and you will be forcibly removed from the venue.
During the hi-bye event, only mobile phone photography is allowed; self-camera shooting and live streaming are not permitted.

Viewing Tips

⏰Be on time: Entry may be restricted after the performance starts, so please arrive early.
🪑Seat view: Some seats may have limited visibility due to stage structures, railings, or camera equipment. Please check before booking. (No refunds or changes)
💳ID required: Without the booking holder's ID, ticket pickup and entry are not possible.
🚫Beware of illegal resales: Purchase only from the official NOL Ticket channel. Tickets from illegal resale will be invalidated.
👜Manage valuables: Loss or theft is your own responsibility. Please keep them safe.
📍No parking: There is no parking near the venue, so public transportation is recommended.
