Visiting hours are 10:00–18:00, with last admission at 16:30. The walk with alpacas ends at 17:00, so visitors arriving late in the afternoon may not be able to take the walk after entering. 18,000-Won Admission and the Cash-Only 1,000-Won Paka Coin

Admission for children and adults aged 36 months or older and 64 or younger is 18,000 won. Children under 36 months enter free with relevant documents, while visitors aged 65 or older pay 14,400 won, receiving a 20% admission discount. From Hongcheon Bus Terminal to Deokbatjae Entrance, with a Final 10-Minute Walk

By public transportation, take a bus from Hongcheon Bus Terminal toward Deokbatjae or Pungcheon and get off at Deokbatjae Entrance Bus Stop. How to Use Parking Lots 1, 2, and 3 and the Free 20-Seat Shuttle

Animal Performances at 10:10 on Weekdays and 15:00 on Weekends

At 10:10 on weekday mornings, an alpaca herd performance takes place at the Alpaca Playground.
