QR Ticket Activation
The QR code will open on your phone starting at 10:00 AM on the day of the performance.
The issuance link will be sent 10 days before the show to the mobile number entered at booking.
Entry Verification
Be sure to bring your QR ticket and the booker's ID. Screenshots are not accepted.
Only the person who made the booking may enter; proxy entry is not allowed.
Wristband Pickup
When you receive your entry wristband on site, staff will help you put it on.
If the wristband is lost or damaged, re-entry and reissue are not possible.
First-Come, First-Served Entry
Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis without entry numbers. All seats are standing.

Viewing Tips and Notes
- Water Gun Rules · Personal water guns are allowed, and on-site purchase is also available. However, they may only be used in permitted areas within the main stage, and aggressive spraying aimed at faces is grounds for forced removal.
- Filming Restrictions · Photos and videos taken with personal mobile phones are allowed, but using equipment such as high-magnification zoom lenses, tripods, or drones will result in removal. Filming may be completely prohibited at the artist's request.
- Smoking Area · Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area.
- Emergency Situation · Report immediately to the on-site first-aid booth, information desk, or security team.
- Health Notice · If you are pregnant, elderly, or have photosensitivity, consult your doctor in advance.
- Valuables · Be careful of loss or theft. The organizer is not responsible.
Ticket Resale Prohibited · Ticket transfer and illegal resale may result in legal penalties (civil and criminal). Please purchase only through the official booking site.
Cancellation
Refund and Cancellation Information
Basic Refund Policy · Subject to each booking site's policy. Refunds are not available on the day of the performance or on-site.
Non-Refundable Reasons · Refunds and partial refunds are not available due to weather such as rain, changes in the lineup, or schedule adjustments.
Cancellation Fee · No fee for cancellations within 7 days after booking. After that, fees apply based on the performance date. (9 to 7 days before the show: 10%, 6 to 3 days before: 20%, 2 to 1 day before: 30%)
