What is Play&Stay? It is a special bundled product that provides concert tickets and hotel accommodation together. On the day of the performance, you will verify your identity at the lobby of the designated hotel and receive your ticket and admission wristband; for selected hotels, a round-trip shuttle service to the venue is included.

Ticket Collection Procedure

Step 1: Check Required Items

Prepare your purchase statement (printed or mobile) and a valid physical ID

Only original IDs issued by public institutions are accepted, such as resident registration cards, driver's licenses, passports, youth IDs, and mobile IDs (PASS/Gov24). Copies/photos are not allowed. Foreign nationals must present a passport or foreign registration card.

Step 2: Arrive at the Hotel

Go to the lobby of the accommodation hotel on the day of the performance

If the performance is on June 12, check in on June 11; if the performance is on June 13, check in on June 12.

Step 3: Visit the Ticket Desk

Collect at the Play&Stay ticket desk in the hotel lobby

Collection hours: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of the performance (strictly observed)

Step 4: Identity Verification

Identity check using the purchaser's own ID

The name on the ID must match the name on the purchase record. Proxy collection under a legal guardian or family member's name is not allowed.

Step 5: Receive Ticket and Admission Wristband

Receive the paper ticket and admission wristband

When purchasing a 2-person package, both the purchaser and companion must collect together. If not collected, same-day cancellation and refund are not possible.

Step 6: Enter the Venue (Same Day)

Entry is possible about 3 hours before the performance starts (around 4:00 PM)

You must enter with the paper ticket received at the hotel, the admission wristband, and your ID. Entry may be restricted after the performance starts.

If a ticket is lost or damaged · Reissuance is not possible, and responsibility for loss or damage lies with the purchaser.

360-degree stage configuration · This performance does not have a designated front stage, and the show can be viewed from throughout the venue.

Possible view obstruction · Due to the nature of the 360-degree stage, partial view obstruction may occur from all seats because of production setup, artist positioning, stage structures (rails, pillars, etc.), camera installations, and more. Some sections (N_F1, N_F5~F6, E_F1, and others) are designated as major restricted-view seats.

Important: No seat changes or refunds · Seat changes, cancellations, and refunds due to restricted views are absolutely not possible. Issues arising from view or sound restrictions in the relevant seat on the day of the performance cannot be resolved by the organizer or booking platform.

Seat assignment · Seats can be confirmed on the day of the performance after purchase and are assigned randomly. Seat selection is not possible.

Strict prohibition on filming and recording · All copyright infringement activities such as taking photos, recording videos, audio recording, and live streaming during the performance are strictly prohibited. If you are found with a camera that can record (except a mobile phone), your data will be deleted and you will be forcibly removed without a refund.

Umbrella use restriction · As this is an outdoor performance, please prepare for bad weather, but umbrellas and parasols are prohibited inside the seating area. The organizer is not responsible for damage or malfunction of personal belongings due to bad weather.

Viewing Tips & Safety Guide

🎟Bring ID at all times: Be sure to bring your ID and your ARMY MEMBERSHIP card (or mobile card) when entering the venue. If the name on the ID does not match the ticket purchaser's name, entry may be restricted.
⏰Allow plenty of time: The area around the venue is expected to be very crowded, so arrive with time to spare once entry is allowed 3 hours before the show (around 4:00 PM).
🚇Public transportation required: Parking will not be available at the venue on the day of the performance, and the area will be crowded, so please use the subway or bus.
🎫Preload your transit card: For safe and efficient movement of many attendees, please preload and prepare your transit card for your return trip before departure.
🌧Weather preparedness: As this is an outdoor performance, weather may worsen. Even if it rains, the show will go on and raincoats will be distributed on site. However, cancellations and refunds due to rain are not possible.
🚫Cheering tool restrictions: Please refrain from using slogans or cheering items of excessive size, or throwing items onto the stage during the performance, as this interferes with other audience members' viewing. Violations may result in action by staff.
📧Verify your email address: When purchasing a package, use a common and stable email address such as Gmail. The operator is not responsible for missing information due to an incorrect address.
🔐Identity verification system: To prevent fraudulent bookings, the identity verification policy for NOL Ticket service changed on July 11, 2024. Complete identity verification before booking and check the validity period (1 year).

Manage valuables carefully · The organizer is not responsible for loss or theft inside the venue. Please manage your belongings yourself.

Security check · For a safe performance, item checks and security screening may be conducted at the venue entrance. Your cooperation is appreciated.
