Booking and Ticket Collection Guide

Only the person who booked the ticket may collect it · The booker must personally bring their ID and collect it at the venue box office. Proxy collection is not allowed.

Required ID (valid and unexpired):
✓ National ID card, driver’s license, passport, mobile ID, youth ID
✗ Student ID, employee ID, expired passport, etc. are not accepted

Collection time: From 3 hours before the performance starts until the end of the performance (may vary depending on on-site conditions)

Special cases:
· If the booking was made after a legal name change: bring supporting documents
· Minors (under 14): family relationship documents required
· Mobile ID: screenshots/photos are not accepted; only the dedicated app is valid

Booking cancellation/change: Only possible through the booking site (Interpark), and not possible on the day of the performance or after the booking deadline.

If paying by bank transfer: If you do not transfer the money within the payment deadline, the booking will be automatically canceled.

Traffic congestion warning: Heavy congestion is expected near Anam Station and Korea University Station on the day of the performance. The organizer is not responsible for entry delays caused by traffic issues. Public transportation is strongly recommended.

Viewing Tips

📵No filming: Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are all prohibited inside the venue. Violations will result in forced ejection and no ticket refund.
⚡Special effects notice: Pyrotechnics, flames, and sound effects are used on stage. Pregnant guests, elderly guests, and people with photosensitivity should take care.
👷Safety cooperation: Do not lean on the railings, and follow the instructions of the on-site staff. In an emergency, notify staff immediately.
🎫Early sellout: Lucky Seat tickets are limited, so book quickly.
🚕Public transportation recommended: Parking is limited, so subway/bus use is recommended.
💺No remaining-seat service: To ensure stable server operation, a remaining-seat information service is not provided.
