Welfare discount 20%: For severe disabilities (grades 1-3), applies to the holder plus one companion; for mild disabilities (grades 4-6), applies only to the holder. On the day of the show, a welfare card and ID must be presented (if not brought, the price difference must be paid on site)

Important: Reservations are not available unless the attendee actually uses a wheelchair. Tickets cannot be transferred or picked up by proxy. On the day of the show, the welfare card and original ID must be brought (if not brought, entry may be restricted; no refunds or changes)

Ticket Pickup

On-site pickup on the day of the show (from 2 hours before showtime until 30 minutes after the start)

Required items: ① ID (choose one of resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, or mobile ID) ② Reservation number (choose one of mobile page or printed copy)
Elementary school students: Must bring proof of date of birth (family register copy, passport, etc.)

Seating Entry

Seating is recommended at least 5 minutes before showtime. Entry is restricted after the show starts. Follow staff instructions

Seating layout: The 1st floor has temporary chairs on a flat surface, and the 2nd floor has fixed tiered seating. Some seats may have restricted views of the stage. Seat changes, cancellations, and refunds are not allowed.

The Bluesquare parking lot is always full, and the roads around the venue are very congested, so public transportation is strongly recommended. Ticket cancellations, changes, or refunds due to traffic delays are not allowed.
