Ticket Collection
Mailed tickets are sent out sequentially before the concert, or can be collected at the on-site box office on the day of the concert
When collecting on site, bring your ID and booking details; visiting one hour before the start is recommended
Entry Check
ID verification (ages 19 and over) and inspection for prohibited items
Wristband Application
You must choose and wear a wristband in your preferred color at the box office; the color cannot be changed after it is put on
RED = actively participating in matchmaking, BLUE = friend mode, GREEN = free mode
Using the 2-Day Pass
The same wristband must be worn continuously for both days and cannot be transferred to another person

Liquids such as perfume and fabric deodorizer (tube-type sunscreen is allowed)
Outside food and alcoholic beverages (unopened bottled water is allowed)
Narcotics and drugs prohibited by law
Professional photography equipment such as DSLR zoom lenses, and drones
Large bags measuring 40 × 50 cm or more
Camping equipment such as tents, picnic mats, and camping chairs
Tips
Tips for Enjoying the Concert
- Only those aged 19 and over may enter, so be sure to bring a passport or other ID.
- Cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible on the day of the concert, so book carefully.
- The concert will proceed as scheduled even in the event of an ordinary rain forecast; separate notice will be given only in the event of force majeure.
- Each person may book up to six tickets, and ticket transfers and resale are prohibited.
- You will also be using the water park facilities, so prepare swimwear and a change of clothes.

- By CarSeojeonju IC → 500 m toward Jeonju → enter National Route 21 toward Sunchang and Namwon, then use the Gui Interchange → enter National Route 27 toward Sunchang at Wondang Intersection → after passing through Moak Tunnel, proceed to Moak Intersection → enter toward Jeonju Arts Middle and High School
- By BusRoutes 970 (approximately every 20 minutes), 974 and 975 (approximately hourly), and 944 and 946 (approximately hourly)
