Laser Tag for Up to 50 Players on the Lawn Square at O-World Flower Land

The outdoor laser tag spot at the foot of Bomunsan, with Flowerland added in 2009

Laser Tag Sports O World Branch is located at Flowerland Lawn Plaza, O-World Daejeon, 70 Sacheonggongwon-ro, Jung-gu, Daejeon. The official O-World guide explains that after crossing the overpass from Juland to Flowerland, you will find the experience area after walking a little way up the hill.

This location is closely tied to the background of Daejeon O-World opening on May 1, 2009, when Flowerland was added and the existing zoo and Joyland were combined. Flowerland, created at that time, covered 100,000 square meters and added garden functions to the existing zoo and amusement park space at the foot of Bomunsan. The laser tag arena is an outdoor experience zone that uses Flowerland's lawn plaza, not an indoor arcade-style facility.

O-World outdoor match format where up to 50 people compete in two teams

According to the operator, games are divided into two teams and held in an outdoor arena, with up to 50 people able to participate at the same time. In Team Battle, you compete by scoring points from tagging opponents, while Sniper mode involves firing one shot and then reloading, and flag capture and territory control modes are also available.

The participation requirement is a height of at least 120 cm. Group discounts apply for 20 or more people on weekdays and 30 or more people on weekends, and group reservations are only available in one-hour units consisting of 4 game sessions. Individual pricing is not disclosed on the official page, so before booking it is better to inquire by phone at 042-586-3232 about the number of people, desired time, and fee.

Practical plan: advance reservation Mon-Wed, Thu-Fri 11:00-16:00, weekends 11:00-18:00

According to the guidance for Laser Tag Sports O World Branch, advance reservation is required from Monday to Wednesday. Operating hours are listed as 11:00-16:00 on Thursday and Friday, and 11:00-18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Since it is an outdoor arena, times may change depending on weather such as rain, strong wind, or extreme heat, as well as on-site operating conditions, so phone confirmation is needed even on the day of departure.

O-World's own operating hours are 09:30-18:00, and Safari is Guideed as 09:30-17:30. If you plan to start laser tag at 11:00 on a weekend, it is better to arrive at the main gate earlier, taking into account the O-World entry process and the time needed to move to Flowerland. The operator's guidance includes arriving 10 minutes before the reserved time and using the restroom before coming to the arena.

  • Mon-Wed: advance reservation required
  • Thu-Fri: 11:00-16:00
  • Sat-Sun: 11:00-18:00
  • Arena inquiries: 042-586-3232
  • O-World main number: 042-580-4820

How to avoid confusing O-World admission tickets with separate experience fees

The laser tag arena is inside Flowerland at O-World, so you should first check O-World admission conditions. The online O-World admission tickets are listed as 12,000 won for adults, 7,000 won for teenagers, and 5,000 won for children and seniors, with online discounted prices of 11,000 won, 6,000 won, and 4,000 won respectively. Children under 3 years old may enter for free without online booking.

Laser tag is a separately confirmed facility and cannot be assumed to be automatically included in the O-World all-access pass. The O-World annual membership guide also states that facilities with separate fees are excluded from free use. Therefore, after preparing your O-World admission ticket or all-access pass, you should confirm the laser tag fee, whether same-day registration is available, and whether group discounts apply by calling 042-586-3232.

From bus routes 115, 301, 311, 314, 315, 318 and 1,545 free parking spaces to Flowerland

City buses to Daejeon O-World include routes 115, 301, 311, 314, 315, and 318. After getting off the bus, enter through the O-World main gate, pass the Juland area, cross the overpass connecting to Flowerland, and then move along the hill path toward the lawn plaza. Even if your only destination is the laser tag experience area, there is walking inside the park, so sneakers are suitable.

The parking lots can accommodate a total of 1,545 vehicles free of charge. The first parking lot is listed as 786 passenger cars, the second as 219 passenger cars and 23 buses, the Flowerland parking lot as 470 passenger cars, and the management office parking lot as 47 buses. If the Flowerland parking lot is available, it is in the same zone as the laser tag arena, but same-day opening and full-capacity status must follow on-site guidance.

Sneakers instead of slippers, and if under 120 cm, choose another Flowerland itinerary

The operator advises avoiding slippers and open-toe shoes and wearing appropriate clothing because this is an outdoor game. Since running and quick direction changes may be involved, shoes that cover the top of the foot and clothing that does not restrict movement are best. You must listen to the equipment and rules explanation and follow safety instructions, and be prepared to play with other participants.

If you are under 120 cm tall, you cannot use this experience area, and reservations may also be adjusted if it rains or if arena operations change. Information about stroller or wheelchair accessibility and whether foreign-language guidance is provided is not listed on the laser tag operator's page, so if needed you should confirm this during the reservation call. O-World provides information on medical, disability, and infant services, but that is separate from eligibility to participate in the arena experience.

The order of combining Juland, Birdland, and Night Universe after one hour of laser tag

Since the 4-game session, which is the basis for group reservations, lasts one hour, it is realistic to allow at least about 1 hour and 30 minutes for a laser tag schedule, including equipment briefing and movement. After playing during the day, you can continue to Juland, Joyland, and Birdland within the same O-World complex, and according to the official O-World guide, Birdland generally operates from 10:30 to 18:00, with last admission at 17:00.

The O-World FAQ says that from March to November, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, Night Universe operates from 18:00 to 22:00 in the Flowerland area. However, nighttime operations may vary depending on the season and announcements, and weekend laser tag hours run until 18:00, so if you want to combine them on the same day, the right sequence is to stay in Flowerland after an afternoon game. The recommended total stay is about 1 hour 30 minutes for laser tag alone, or half a day or more if you also tour O-World.
