Important Information to Check Before Booking

Passport information must be entered (Deadline: September 1, 23:59) · The purchaser's and companion's passport numbers, names in English, and dates of birth must be registered by the deadline for the hotel reservation. Foreign travelers must enter the information accurately exactly as it appears in their passports; incorrect information may restrict hotel check-in.

The tickets and hotel stay may only be used by the purchaser personally. Transfer, proxy collection, and proxy check-in are strictly prohibited, and minors may not stay alone without a legal guardian.

Play&Stay booth outside the venue (within the ticket information booth)

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Bring the purchase confirmation (printed or mobile) and the original of a valid ID (passport or foreign resident registration card)

Hotel Check-out

September 23 (Wed) or 24 (Thu)

End of the two-night, three-day stay; room and bed types are assigned randomly

For two-person packages, the purchaser and companion must visit together to collect the tickets. Collection is not possible if only one person visits, and cancellations or refunds will not be available. Seats are assigned at random and can be confirmed on the concert day.

Tips for International Visitors

🛂You must bring your physical passport both when collecting your ticket and checking in at the hotel, so prepare it in advance.
📧Booking confirmation emails may be classified as spam, so using a widely used email address such as Gmail is recommended.
🎫Since tickets are distributed on the concert day, it is convenient to take a screenshot of your purchase confirmation (mobile page) in advance.
🏨No separate hotel voucher will be sent, so you must check in using only your booking details and passport.
🍳Breakfast is not included, so it is a good idea to find nearby restaurants in advance.

Cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The hotel and concert cancellations are processed together, and partial cancellations are not possible. You can cancel directly from My Page.

From 8 days after purchase to 35 days before the concert: KRW 4,000 per booking · 34–25 days before: 50% · 24–15 days before: 70% · 14–4 days before: 90% · 3 days before through the day of the concert: a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
