Step 1: Preparation in Advance

Must be completed by August 19, 2026 (Wed). Information registered after that will not be reflected.

Step 2: Ticket Pickup

Present your purchase receipt (printed or mobile) and the original valid passport or foreign registration card at the NOL booth inside the venue.

Operating hours: each session OPEN to 30 minutes after the performance starts / copies, photocopies, and expired IDs are not accepted / only the ticket holder may pick up the ticket (proxy pickup not allowed)

Step 3: Admission

Enter to your assigned seat. Bag checks will be conducted at the venue entrance.

If the ticket is lost, entry and reissue are not possible

🚫 Recording, audio recording, and live broadcasting devices (cameras, binoculars, voice recorders, video cameras, etc.)

🚫 Dangerous items

🚫 Non-official light-up or sound-making cheering items

🚫 Cheering items large enough to obstruct others' view

Notice: There is no storage service inside the venue for large luggage (such as suitcases), so please store them in a nearby coin locker in advance and bring only light belongings. If prohibited items are found, you must store them in a coin locker before entering.

Viewing Tips & Notes

📱Smartphones: Set to silent mode and keep them in your bag. If they are visible or being used during the performance, staff may ask to inspect them.
🎥No filming or recording: Filming, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the performance. If caught, your data will be deleted immediately and you will be removed without refund.
🎤Cheering rules: Fans and cheering sticks must be used below chest level. Only official cheering items are allowed, and connecting multiple items together is prohibited.
👀View restrictions: Depending on the venue structure and seat location, the stage, screens, or artists may be partially difficult to see from some seats. Guests in assigned seats must remain seated throughout the performance.
🎟️No ticket resale: Ticket resale and transfer are strictly prohibited both online and offline. Violations will result in denied entry and no refund.
📝Cancellation policy: 45 days before the performance: 60% fee / 30-45 days before: 60% fee / 15-30 days before: 80% fee / 14 days before to the day of the performance: 100% fee (no refund)
⚠️Schedule changes: The performance details, start time, and lineup may change without notice, and no refunds will be issued due to such changes.
🌏International performance: Since this performance is held in Japan, Japanese entry procedures and all non-performance expenses (transportation, lodging) are entirely the attendee's responsibility.

Required Checks Before Booking

ID registration: When purchasing, you must register the English name on your passport. Complete this by August 19 (Wed) under NOL Ticket > My Page > Booking Details > 'User Information Registration'. After the deadline, changes are not possible.

Identity verification ID: When picking up tickets, one of the following valid original IDs is required.

Copies, photocopies, and expired IDs are not accepted.

Unauthorized merchandise prohibited: The sale, distribution, and purchase of unofficial merchandise using TWS images or names without permission inside or outside the venue are strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken for violations.

Other prohibited actions: Letters, flowers, and gifts for the artists are not accepted / self-organized fan events (inside or around the venue) are prohibited / cheering for the artists' arrival and departure routes (airport or venue) is prohibited
