Entry and Procedure

Step 1: Receive your ticket

Receive the physical ticket delivered on June 29 (Mon)~30 (Tue). Be sure to set the shipping address to an accurate address where you can receive it yourself.

If not received: contact customer service up to one week before the concert, and you can pick it up on the day at the venue

Step 2: On-site entry

After the gate opens, exchange the physical ticket for a wristband at the ticket booth. (Worn directly by staff)

Wristbands cannot be picked up by proxy · Issued only once and cannot be reissued

Step 3: Free viewing

Wear the wristband and move freely within the festival zone while enjoying the performances.

2-day pass: after exchanging the wristband on the first day, you may enter on the second day without a separate pickup procedure

Wristband must be worn · It must be worn for both days without loss, damage, or removal. If not worn, entry may be invalidated.

No same-day cancellations or refunds · On the day of the concert, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible for any reason. Online cancellations are only possible before shipment, and after shipment only return requests are accepted.

No interference with viewing · Saving seats, disturbing others' viewing, or any behavior that threatens safety will result in immediate removal and no refund.
