Entry and Procedures
Step 1: Prepare your mobile ticket
Check your mobile ticket in the NOL Ticket app, NOL Interpark app, or NOL World app. Offline saving is available (usable even without a network).
Requirements: Android 9.0+ / iOS 16.0+ · Screenshots not accepted
Step 2: Arrive at the venue
Wristband distribution starts from 10:00 AM on the day of the show. Arrive early to allow plenty of time.
Step 3: Exchange for a wristband
After verifying the mobile ticket, exchange it for a wristband and wear it. ID presentation is required.
Step 4: Entry and re-entry
After wearing the wristband, you may enter and re-enter freely. 3-day ticket holders must keep it on for the full period.
Important: No reissue if the wristband is lost or damaged · You must keep wearing it for 3 days, so please take extra care of it.

Tips
Viewing Tips
- If you save your mobile ticket offline in advance, you can use it even without a network. Phone charging services are not provided, so make sure your battery is sufficiently charged.
- Companions may enter only after the person who made the reservation has entered first. Companions cannot enter before the reserving person.
- The show will proceed as scheduled even in rain. If rainfall exceeds 5 mm, rain ponchos will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Umbrellas and sun umbrellas are allowed, but please minimize disruption to others.
- Songdo Moonlight Festival Park is a non-smoking area. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Violations are subject to fines.
- Unauthorized filming and unauthorized use of video, audio, or photos are prohibited. Legal action may be taken.
- Only visitors wearing an adult verification wristband may purchase alcohol and smoke. ID presentation is required.
- Bringing expensive valuables is not recommended. The organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, or similar incidents.
- In an emergency, notify the emergency booth and staff immediately.
