Ticket Purchase Precautions

The 2025 Lee Seung Hwan Concert <HEAVEN> will be sold through official ticketing channels,
and tickets will not be sold through any other channels.
Illegal ticket transactions through online sites other than official ticketing channels, private transactions, or any other unauthorized channels may be
canceled without prior notice at the discretion of the organizer, and refunds are absolutely not possible.
Furthermore, illegal activities such as ticket purchasing services, counterfeiting, and transfer are strictly prohibited,
and in the event of damage caused by illegal transactions, the responsibility lies entirely with the purchaser.
The organizer and ticketing agency bear no responsibility for any related damages and compensation is not possible.
We ask for your voluntary cooperation to prevent damages.

Booking Information

• Up to 4 tickets can be booked per person per show.
• If you select bank transfer and fail to complete payment by midnight the next day, your ticket will be automatically canceled.
• On-site cancellations/refunds/changes on the day of the show due to age restrictions are not possible.
• Wheelchair accessible seating can only be booked via phone through the NolTicket Customer Service Center (Phone: 1544-1555, 9 AM - 6 PM).
  Companions must also book a seat to enter, and a temporary chair will be provided.
  Tickets can be collected after verifying a disability registration card or welfare card and personal ID (physical), and entry is not possible without them.
  Wheelchair accessible tickets can only be collected on-site, and proxy collection or transfer is not possible.
• Ticket cancellations and refunds are only possible within the specified period according to the ticketing agency's regulations.
• On-site sales are available only for remaining seats on the day of the performance, the price is the same as online ticketing, and sales may end early.

Seating Plan

The stage setup may be partially changed without prior notice depending on the production, and depending on the location, there may be obstructions to the view due to structures or equipment.

Delivery Information

To prevent congestion on the day of the performance, booked tickets can also be delivered,
and on-site collection is also available.
When collecting on-site, please be sure to bring your booking confirmation and ID.
Re-issuance is absolutely not possible in case of ticket damage or loss,
and entry may be restricted depending on the extent of the damage.

Ticket Booth Operation Information

• On the day of the performance, the ticket booth operates from 1 hour before the start of the performance until 30 minutes after the start.
• On-site sales will only be conducted for remaining seats after online booking closes, and will not be available if sold out.
• When collecting on-site, you must bring an ID that allows for identity verification,
  and if you are not the original booker, ticket collection is not possible.
  Ticket collection is only possible if the ID and booking details match.
• Tickets cannot be re-issued for any reason, including damage or loss, and entry to the venue is not possible without possession of a ticket, so please be careful with your ticket.

Entry and Viewing Information

• Entry is only possible with one ticket per person.
• Entry to the venue is not possible without a ticket.
• Entry to the venue begins 30 minutes before the performance starts, and may vary depending on on-site conditions.
• You may only watch from your designated booked seat, and moving seats is prohibited.
• Copyright infringement activities such as taking photos, videos, recording, and audio/video broadcasting (live streaming) during the performance are prohibited.
  All recording devices, excluding mobile phones, are prohibited inside the venue,
  and if caught (including mobile phones), recorded materials will be deleted and forced eviction will follow.
  In this case, the ticket purchase amount is non-refundable.
• Entry may be restricted after the performance begins, and for the consideration of other audience members, entry is only possible at designated times.
• All food and beverages except plain water, as well as disruptive items such as lasers, bouquets, balloons, bottles/cans, firecrackers, and gunpowder, are prohibited inside the venue.
• Please refrain from actions that disturb other audience members; severe disturbances may result in sanctions or expulsion by event staff.
• The organizer/host and the venue are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings due to personal negligence.
• There is no separate storage facility inside the venue, so please minimize your belongings if possible.
• We kindly ask for your active cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable viewing experience.
