- This performance is all standing seats, and earlier numbers allow earlier entry when booking.
- Each person can purchase up to 4 tickets.
- Bank transfer is not available for one week after ticket opening. Bank transfer option is only available from January 6, 2026 (Tuesday) to February 2, 2026 (Monday) midnight. Please note.
- Proxy pick-up and transfer of tickets outside immediate family are not allowed. Please book with an ID under the actual viewer's name.
- If tickets are booked under a family member’s name, identification such as medical insurance card, resident registration copy, family relationship certificate, etc., as well as the actual IDs of the purchaser and the viewer, are required for verification and ticket collection.
- Tickets can be booked until 11 AM the day before the performance. After the booking deadline, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible.
- Cancellation fees are applied as per the ticketing policies. Please check the cancellation fee regulations.
- To avoid congestion on the performance day, early booking tickets will be shipped in bulk.
Bulk shipment dates: January 14 (Wed) to 15 (Thu), 2 days
- Tickets cannot be reissued, so please be careful not to damage or lose them.
- Delivered tickets cannot be canceled online, and returned before the cancellation deadline to NOL Ticket Customer Center for a refund. Cancellation fees will be charged based on the arrival date.
- After the bulk shipment date, ticket purchasers can pick up tickets on the day at the venue.
- Unauthorized trading of tickets outside the official ticket vendors is illegal. If illegal transactions are found, they will be handled through proper legal procedures. The victims of such transactions are solely responsible, and the event organizer, host, and partners are not responsible.

Concert Overview

THE SOLUTIONS are spreading new wings with their new EP [우화] and embarking on a national 6-city tour “비행 飛行”. This tour will feature a wide range of songs, focusing on tracks from the EP, as well as those rarely performed live.

Held during the meaningful transition from winter to spring, this concert will offer a special musical experience.

Ticket Reservation Guide

All seats are standing. Admission will be strictly in order of the entry number selected at the time of reservation. Early number reservations allow priority admission.
Up to 4 tickets per person per session can be reserved. Bank transfer payment is not available for one week after ticket sales open.
Bank transfer payment available period: From January 6, 2026 (Tue) to February 2, 2026 (Mon) midnight.
Reservations can only be made under the name of the individual or an immediate family member. Proxy reservations and pickups are not permitted.
For reservations made by immediate family, original family relationship verification documents and original IDs of both the ticket holder and the attendee are required.
Reservations are available until 11 AM on the day before the performance. After the reservation deadline, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not possible.
Cancellation fees from the ticket vendor will apply for ticket cancellations. Please check the ticket vendor's regulations.
Illegal ticket transactions outside of official booking channels may result in legal action.

Ticket Delivery & On-site Pickup Schedule

To prevent congestion on the day of the concert, early reservations will be delivered in bulk.

After bulk delivery, reserved tickets and returned tickets can be picked up at the venue on the day of the concert.

On-site Ticket Exchange & Sales

Ticket exchange and on-site sales begin 1 hour and 30 minutes before the concert.
Original ID of the ticket holder is required for on-site pickup (photos or copies are not accepted).
Proxy pickup is strictly prohibited. Admission is not possible without an ID and reservation details.
Sales availability will be separately announced via official SNS (Instagram @the_solutions).
On-site payment is possible with both cash and card.

Admission & Viewing Guide

Queue in order of entry numbers starting 1 hour before the concert. Admission begins 30 minutes before the concert.
After admission begins, entry by number sequence is not possible, so please be punctual.
One ticket per person is required. Ticket verification is also needed for re-entry.
Re-issuance is not possible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Those without a ticket cannot enter.
Admission may be restricted 30 minutes after the concert begins.

General Viewing Rules

Children aged elementary school and above are permitted to attend.
Due to the nature of an all-standing concert, your view may be obstructed. Refunds and seat changes are not possible for this reason.
No outside beverages or food allowed, except for PET bottled water of 500mL or less with a lid.
Wreaths and bouquets are prohibited. Possession of dangerous items will result in removal from the venue.
Please refrain from aggressive or disruptive behavior towards others.
Photography, video recording, audio recording, live streaming, etc., are prohibited to protect copyrights and portrait rights.
Photography aids (tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, etc.) are not allowed.
No separate locker/storage facilities. Light attire is recommended.
The organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables.
There is a possibility of portrait rights exposure during official photo and video shoots.
In case of rain, long umbrellas are prohibited inside the auditorium. Folding umbrellas or raincoats are recommended.
No parking available at the venue. Public transportation is recommended.
