Seating Information

• This performance features all-designated seating.
• Folding chairs will be installed in OP sections A and B, and there is no height difference between OP sections A, B and rows 1-3. Please refer to this when booking.
• The seating chart is an image to help understand the auditorium and may differ from the actual layout, and the stage may be altered during the production process.
• Some seats may have restricted views due to structures, equipment, cameras, etc., depending on the stage production and artist's position. Ticket refunds or changes due to obstructed views on the day of the performance are not possible.

Ticket Booking Information

• A maximum of 4 tickets per person per show can be booked.
• For bank transfer payments, if payment is not made within the specified period, the booking will be automatically canceled.
• Ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are only possible through the original ticketing platform, and are not available after the cancellation deadline or on the day of the performance.
• Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued, and admission is not possible without a ticket.
• Children under 7 years old are not permitted to attend the performance. Children 7 years and older must purchase a seat and hold a ticket per person.
• Other booking regulations follow the respective ticketing platform's policies.

Wheelchair Accessible Seat Booking Information

• Wheelchair accessible seats can only be booked by phone, and bookings will be available through the NOL E-ticket Customer Service Center from 9 AM on September 3, 2025.
• Maximum number of tickets available: Up to 2 tickets per show, including the individual and their companion.
• Companions must also book a ticket to gain admission.
• Payment is only possible with domestically issued cards and bank transfers.
• Bookings are only possible by the individual themselves, limited to those holding a disability registration card or welfare card.
• When collecting tickets on the day of the performance, a valid ID and disability registration card (welfare card) are mandatory. Admission will be denied if not presented.
• These seats are only available for individuals with disabilities who use wheelchairs; those who simply hold a disability registration card without using a wheelchair are not eligible.

Ticket Purchase Precautions

Tickets for this performance are sold exclusively through NOL E-ticket and other designated ticketing platforms. Bookings made through unofficial channels cannot be canceled or refunded.

Illegal transactions or fraudulent purchases may result in ticket cancellation, and any damages incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.

This performance can only be booked with a self-verified NOL Ticket account. For bank transfers, payment must be completed by 23:30 on the day of booking.

Ticket Delivery Information

• Batch Delivery: Scheduled for sequential delivery starting from October 23-24.
• Delivery address confirmation is mandatory.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be reissued, and admission will be denied.
• If delivered tickets are not received, inquiries must be made at least one week before the performance.
• If tickets are returned, online cancellation is possible. NOL global booking tickets are only available for on-site collection.

On-site Ticket Collection Information

Examples of Unacceptable IDs: Student ID Card, Employee ID Card, National Health Insurance Card, Resident Registration Copy, Medical Insurance Card, Civil Servant ID Card, Expired Passport, Expired Alien Registration Card, Youth Card without Institutional Seal and Transparent Sticker, etc.

Important Notes:

• Box office operating hours on the day of the performance: From 1 hour 30 minutes before the performance until 30 minutes after the performance begins (subject to change depending on circumstances)
• The booker's ID and booking confirmation are mandatory.
• Screenshots of mobile ID cards, etc., are not accepted.
• If purchasing 2 or more tickets for one person, companions cannot collect tickets directly.
• For bookings made under a family member's name, verification of identity and admission is possible only for direct ascendants, upon presentation of family relationship documents and ID.
• Identity theft and forgery are subject to legal punishment (Articles 225, 229, 230 of the Criminal Act apply).

Admission Information and Precautions

• Admission begins: 30 minutes before the performance
• Admission is granted only to ticket holders (one ticket per person).
• All seats are designated; admission outside of your assigned seat is not permitted.
• Admission may be restricted after the performance begins.
• Beverages (except water), food, bottles, fireworks, lasers, pets, bouquets, balloons, etc., are prohibited.
• Copyright infringement acts such as photography, video recording, audio recording, and audio broadcasting are prohibited. If caught, recorded data will be deleted, and you will be ejected without refund.
• Actions disturbing other audience members are prohibited.
• The performance organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
• Children under 7 years old (preschoolers) are not permitted to attend.
• Re-entry is not permitted after exiting.

Parking and Transportation Information

Due to expected traffic congestion around the venue on the day of the performance, public transportation is recommended.

Booking changes or cancellations due to parking delays or inability to attend are not possible.
