• Illegal activities such as direct transactions between individuals, ticketing agencies, and ticket forgery, not through official designated ticket agencies, are strictly prohibited.
• Reservations made through fraudulent methods may result in cancellation and no refund.
• The organizer/presenter and ticket agency are not responsible for damages caused by illegal purchases.
• On the day of the performance, an on-site identity verification process will be conducted, so please bring a physical ID of the reservation holder.
• By reserving tickets, you are deemed to have agreed to the performance guidelines, and the content may change depending on government guidelines and the agency's circumstances.

Ticket Reservation Guide and Precautions

• Ticket Open: October 15 (Wed), 2025, 2:00 PM
• Ticket Purchase Limit: 4 tickets per person per show
• Preschool children are not permitted to attend, regardless of accompanying guardian.
• Proxy pick-up and admission are not allowed; please make reservations under the name of the attendee.
• Even those under 14 years old need to create a NOL Ticket ID under their own name and make a reservation.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from purchases made through unofficial channels.
• On-site sales may proceed only for remaining seats after the reservation deadline.
• Wheelchair seats can only be reserved by phone, up to 2 tickets per show including one guardian.
• Wheelchair seats can only be picked up on-site; reservations are only possible if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the individual.
• Persons with disabilities who do not use a wheelchair cannot use wheelchair seats.
• Failure to bring designated proof will result in no refund for tickets on the day.

Ticket Delivery Information

• Batch Delivery Date: From November 5 (Wed), 2025
• Initial reservations will be operated as batch delivery.
• Lost, damaged, stolen, or unpossessed tickets after delivery cannot be reissued and will not allow entry to the venue.
• Reservation details, deposit slips, credit card statements, etc., are not valid for admission.
• Tickets received by delivery cannot be canceled via internet/phone; cancellation is possible after returning them through the customer service center.
• If tickets are not received one week prior to the performance, it is essential to contact the customer service center.
• Return confirmation and inquiries: NOL Ticket Customer Center (1544-1555 Weekdays 09:00~18:00)

On-site Ticket Collection Information

• On-site ticket booth operating hours: From 2 hours before the performance starts until 30 minutes after the performance starts (subject to change)
• Printed or mobile reservation confirmation and a valid physical ID of the reservation holder are mandatory.
• If the identification does not meet the specified valid ID criteria, identity verification will not be possible, and no refund will be issued.

Notes:

• Only physical IDs within their validity period are accepted (copies, screenshots not allowed).
• Damaged or suspicious IDs (forgery/alteration) will not be accepted.
• Employee IDs, public official IDs, National Health Insurance Cards, Resident Registration Transcripts, Medical Insurance Cards, expired passports/alien registration cards, etc., are not considered valid IDs.
• During identity verification, the ID and ticket information must match.
• Admission may be restricted if the ID photo does not allow facial recognition.
• If forgery or alteration of an ID is suspected, additional proof may be requested, and admission may be restricted if identity cannot be confirmed.

Admission and Viewing Guide

• Venue admission time: From 1 hour before the performance starts until just before the performance starts (subject to change depending on on-site conditions)
• Admission and movement may be restricted after the performance begins; admission is recommended up to 10 minutes before the performance starts.
• Viewing is only permitted from the assigned seats indicated on the ticket.
• Possession of a ticket is required when leaving your seat; re-entry is not possible without a ticket.
• Drinks and food are prohibited (except for bottled water with a lid); dangerous goods, pets, flower bouquets, balloons, LED cheering tools, etc., are restricted.
• Rice wreaths, wreaths, potted plants, etc., are politely declined.
• Please be careful with valuables; the concert organizer is not responsible for any loss.
• We ask for your cooperation with the staff's guidance; violations of order may be recorded or filmed.
• Distribution of unauthorized items and performances are prohibited on the day of the concert.
