• Ticket Limit: 4 tickets per person per show

• SR On-site Pickup Seats: Available for on-site pickup on the day of the performance
• Age Restriction (Elementary school students and above): Those under the viewing age are not permitted to enter
• Cancellation/Refund: Cancellation, changes, or refunds are not possible on or including the day of the performance
• Wheelchair Seating Reservation:
  • A space without chairs, only available for purchase by wheelchair users and those accompanied by guide dogs
  • Up to 2 people, including 1 companion, can use this section
  • Reservations available starting from September 30th (Tue), 2025 at 9 AM through the NOL Ticket Customer Center
  • Customer Center: 1544-1555 (9 AM ~ 6 PM)
  • Viewing is not permitted outside of wheelchair seats and guide dog companion seats
  • Entry not permitted if companion ticket is not purchased
  • Wheelchair seating tickets can only be picked up on-site, and only the purchaser can collect them (no proxy pickup)

• Collection Time: 3 hours before performance start ~ 30 minutes after performance start (Subject to change depending on on-site conditions)
• Collection Location: Cheongju University Seokwoo Culture & Sports Center 'SR On-site Pickup Ticket Collection Booth'
• Required Documents:
  • Purchaser's ID card
  • Reservation details (mobile or printed)
• Collection is only possible if the ID card and the name of the purchaser match
• If reserved under a family member's name, collection is possible with family relationship verification documents
• Proxy collection is strictly not permitted

Tickets reserved after batch delivery

• Available for on-site pickup on the day of the performance
• Welfare card discount tickets can only be picked up on-site, and a physical welfare card, ID card, and reservation details are mandatory
• Welfare card discount applies only to the purchaser (companion not eligible for discount)

Guide to Acceptable Identification Documents

• Republic of Korea Nationals: Resident Registration Card, Passport, Driver's License, Youth Card (issued by Community Center), Mobile ID (Government24, etc.)

• Non-Republic of Korea Nationals: Passport with photo, Alien Registration Card
• All ID cards must be physical ID cards within their validity period
• Private certificates and electronic signatures are not recognized as ID cards
• Elementary school students: Verification possible with original resident registration transcript or health insurance card
• Student ID cards with photos can be used for identity verification when accompanied by a resident registration transcript

Venue Entry and Viewing Information

• Entry Starts: 1 hour 30 minutes before the performance (Subject to change depending on on-site conditions)
• One ticket per person rule, elementary school students and above can attend
• Partial entry restrictions may apply after the performance begins
• Ticket exchanges and refunds are not possible due to entry delays or other reasons
• Viewing is only permitted from your own seat, moving to other seats is not allowed
• Photography, videography, recording, and SNS live streaming are prohibited during the performance
• If caught, data will be deleted, forced exit, and fan club activities may be restricted
• Beverages and food are not permitted inside the venue (except for bottled water with a lid)
• Prohibited Items:
  • Dangerous materials such as bottles, fireworks, lasers
  • Professional photography equipment such as DSLR, GoPro, camcorders, telephoto cameras
  • Pets, bouquets, balloons, luggage, glow/light-up headbands
• Performance filming staff will be present, consent to filming is assumed
• Please show consideration for other audience members and cooperate with staff guidance

Guide to Eradicating Illegal Ticket Trading and Scalping

• Illegal purchase or transfer will result in ticket invalidation and possible legal action
• Responsibility for damages from illegal transactions lies with the parties involved in the transaction
• "Same Seat Re-reservation Service" is not provided

Transportation Guide

• Parking space is limited, so public transportation is recommended
