Important Notes Before Booking

YB REMASTERED 3.0: ODYSSEY - Suwon strictly prohibits purchasing tickets through any channels other than the official ticketing platform (NOL Ticket).

  • Prohibition of forging, transferring, purchasing on behalf of others, or paying additional fees for tickets
  • Illegally obtained tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded and will be voided or subject to legal action
  • Responsibility for damages lies with the parties involved in the transaction; the organizer/host/ticketing platform is not responsible
  • By purchasing tickets, you are deemed to have agreed to the performance guidelines

Seating Plan

This seating plan is an image and may differ from the actual layout, and may change depending on stage production.
Some seats may have restricted views due to structures, equipment, or cameras.
Ticket refunds or changes due to front railings installed in each section on the 2nd floor are not possible.

Ticket Booking Information

  • Up to 6 tickets per person per show are available for booking
  • Viewing Age: 7 years and older (only those born in or before 2017 are admitted)
  • Those under the viewing age are not permitted entry, regardless of guardian accompaniment
  • For bank transfer, payment must be completed by 23:30 on the booking day to maintain the reservation
  • Cancellations and changes can only be made within the designated period at the NOL Ticket booking platform
  • Ticket cancellation/change not possible: After booking deadline and on the day of the performance

Wheelchair Seating Booking Information

  • Wheelchair seats are only available via phone booking (NOL Ticket Customer Service: 1544-1555, 09:00~18:00 KST)
  • Up to 2 wheelchair seats can be booked, including the individual and one guardian (companion ticket must be purchased separately)
  • Booking is only possible if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the booker's name
  • Wheelchair seat tickets must be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance; personal ID and disability registration card/welfare card are required
  • Audience members not using a wheelchair cannot use wheelchair seats

Ticket Delivery Information

Bulk delivery system operated to prevent congestion on the day of the performance

  • Please double-check delivery information (address, recipient, contact number)
  • Delivery information cannot be changed after bulk delivery has started
  • Reshipment not possible after return (only on-site pickup available)
  • In case of loss, damage, or theft, reissuance of tickets and entry are not possible
  • Returned tickets must be picked up at the on-site box office on the day of the performance (for return confirmation and inquiries, contact NOL Customer Service)
  • Delivered tickets cannot be cancelled online; cancellation requests are possible after returning the tickets

Box Office Operation Information

  • On-site box office operation on the day of the performance: 1 hour before show start ~ 30 minutes after show start
  • When picking up tickets on-site, a valid photo ID (physical) confirming the booker's identity and booking confirmation must be presented
  • Pickup is only possible if the ID and booking confirmation information match
  • If ID is not presented, tickets cannot be picked up and refunds are not possible

Types of Valid Identification

  • Republic of Korea Nationality: Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Temporary Resident Registration Card, Passport (within validity period), Mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of Interior and Safety, National Police Agency, PASS)
  • Minors: Student ID with photo and date of birth, Youth Card (issued by Community Service Center), Passport (within validity period)
  • Non-Korean Nationality: Passport (within validity period), Alien Registration Card

Damaged IDs that make identification difficult or IDs not presented will not be accepted

Ticket cancellation and refund not possible on the day of the performance

On-site sales on the day of the performance will only proceed for remaining seats after the booking deadline

Admission and Performance Viewing Guidelines

  • Venue Entry: From 1 hour before the performance, only ticket holders (1 ticket per person)
  • Entry not possible without ticket, or if ticket is damaged or lost (ticket reissuance not possible)
  • Moving to seats other than those booked is not permitted
  • Entry may be restricted after the performance begins; attendees must follow staff instructions
  • Strictly prohibited: Photo/video shooting, recording, audio broadcasting, and other acts infringing copyright and portrait rights during the performance
  • In case of violation, data will be deleted, forced exit, and ticket refunds are not possible
  • Food and beverages are prohibited inside the venue (only bottled water with a lid is allowed)
  • Prohibited items: Bottles, firecrackers, pets, balloons, bouquets, LED cheering tools, and other disruptive items
  • Beware of loss or theft of valuables (organizer is not responsible)
  • Performance start time and running time may be subject to change depending on on-site conditions
