Seating Arrangement

Stage and Seating Categories

• Sections A-Ah: Floor seating with temporary chairs installed on a flat surface without steps.
• 2nd Floor Sections C1-S2: Tiered seating with steps.

※ This seating chart is an image to assist understanding during reservation and may be subject to change without prior notice due to performance production or safety reasons.

※ Some seats may have limited visibility due to performance production, artist's position, structures, equipment, cameras, or differences in audience height.

Ticket changes and refunds due to the above reasons are not possible on the day of the performance, so please make sure to confirm before booking.

Ticket Reservation Guide

• All seats are assigned, up to 8 tickets per person per show can be reserved.
• Age Limit: 8 years and older (preschoolers not permitted)
• For elementary school students, proof of age (e.g., resident registration copy, health insurance card) is required for ticket collection and entry.
• Bank Transfer Deadline: Until 23:59 on the day of reservation (automatic cancellation if not paid within the deadline)
• Ticket Changes and Refunds: Follow NOL Ticket regulations; not possible after the reservation cancellation deadline or on the day of the performance.
• Wheelchair seats can only be reserved by phone (up to 1 companion can reserve R-section seats, companion also enters together).
• Audience members using wheelchair seats must present their disability registration card (or welfare card) and a physical ID for on-site collection.
• Disabled persons not using a wheelchair cannot use wheelchair seats.
• Failure to bring required documents will result in inability to collect tickets or enter; no proxy collection or transfer allowed.

Ticket Purchase Precautions

Strictly prohibited to purchase tickets through channels other than official ticket vendors or to engage in illegal activities; reservation may be cancelled and legal action taken if caught.

Tickets obtained through illegal transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded, and entry to the venue may be restricted.

Ticket Delivery Information

• Batch delivery at the initial stage of reservation to prevent congestion at the ticket booth on the day of the performance.
• Batch Delivery: Sequential delivery from November 17 (Mon) to November 18 (Tue).
• For reservations made after this period, postal delivery or on-site pickup can be selected.
• Accurate delivery address confirmation is required.
• Lost, damaged, or unpossessed tickets cannot be used for entry, reissued, or refunded.
• Tickets for which delivery has started cannot be cancelled online; contact NOL Ticket Customer Service for cancellation.
• For undelivered tickets, you must contact customer service at least 7 days before the performance.
• Be aware that posting ticket images online may be exploited for illegal reproduction.

Ticket Booth Operation Guide

• Ticket Booth Operating Hours on Performance Day: 1 hour 30 minutes before performance start ~ 30 minutes after performance start (subject to change).
• For on-site ticket collection, reservation number and ID will be verified; only the ticket holder can collect.
• Acceptable ID for verification: Resident Registration Card, Passport, Driver's License, Mobile ID (screenshot not allowed), Alien Registration Card, Student ID (physical card only).
• Lost, damaged, or unpossessed tickets cannot be reissued or used for entry.
• Remaining tickets sold on-site on the day of the performance (same price).

Entry Guide

• Only one person per ticket is allowed to enter.
• Audience seating is possible from 1 hour before the performance starts, subject to change based on on-site conditions.
• Entry and movement may be restricted after the performance begins.
• Ticket verification for re-entry; re-entry not possible without a ticket.
• No seat changes; please watch from your reserved seat.

Important Notes

• Prohibited acts infringing on copyright and artist's portrait rights, such as taking photos/videos, recording, or live streaming on social media during the performance.
• If caught, data will be deleted, you will be escorted out, and we are not responsible for device damage/loss; ticket cancellation and refund are not possible.
• Beverages: Only 500ml bottled water with a lid is allowed; food, bottles, fireworks, bouquets, balloons, flags, etc., are prohibited.
• Not responsible for lost/damaged personal belongings; no locker service available.
• Video recording will take place, and audience faces may be recorded/included in the video (considered agreement upon reservation).
• Refrain from actions that disturb other audience members; you may be subject to sanctions.
