Seating Information

This performance operates with standing seats (FLOOR) and reserved seats (2nd/3rd floor).

Standing seats may have obstructed views due to viewing position and audience height differences, and ticket refunds or seat changes are not possible for this reason.

Some sections/seats may have restricted views due to railings, stage facilities, camera installations, etc., so please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

Note: Stage and seating arrangements may be changed without prior notice depending on the performance production.

Ticket Reservation and Delivery Information

• Batch Delivery Period: October 13 (Mon) ~ October 15 (Wed), 2025
• Re-issuance is not possible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets after delivery is complete.
• Tickets that could not be delivered can only be picked up on-site on the day of the performance.
• Bank transfer reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made by midnight on the same day.
• Wheelchair accessible seating can only be reserved by phone through the NOL Ticket Customer Service Center (1544-1555, Operating Hours 09:00~18:00).
• Wheelchair accessible seat holders must verify their identity (with supporting documents) at the on-site ticket booth before receiving tickets.
• Even welfare card holders who do not use a wheelchair cannot purchase wheelchair accessible seats.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Only possible through the ticketing agency within the specified period; cancellation and refund are not possible on the day of the performance.

Cancellation of Delivered Tickets: Possible after registering for return shipment to the customer service center.

On-site Ticket Pickup Information

• Operating Hours: From 2 hours before the performance starts until 30 minutes after the performance starts (subject to change depending on on-site conditions).
• Entry is possible for one person per ticket holder.
• When picking up, the reservation holder's ID (for identity verification) and reservation details are required.
• Acceptable forms of identification:
  • Republic of Korea Nationality: Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, valid Passport (for new passports, an information certificate is required), Youth Card and application confirmation, government-issued mobile ID.
  • Foreign Nationals: Valid Passport, Alien Registration Card.
• For proxy pickup by an immediate family member, all of the following documents are required:
  • Family relationship certificate (such as health insurance card, resident registration copy, family relationship certificate, etc.)
  • Reservation holder's physical ID
  • Reservation details
• On-site sales will proceed only for remaining seats after reservation closes and may end early.
• If ID is not presented or identity verification fails, ticket pickup and refunds are not possible.

Admission Information

Standing Seats

• The number assigned at the time of reservation is the admission order number, and earlier numbers will enter first.
• From 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance starts, wait in the waiting area in numerical order.
• Admission begins 1 hour before the performance starts.
• Upon arrival after admission has begun, the number will be invalidated, and you must use a separate waiting area.
• Ticket cancellation and refunds are not possible due to delayed admission.
• Some items, such as long umbrellas, are restricted upon entry; light clothing is recommended.

Reserved Seats

• Admission begins 1 hour before the performance starts.
• It is recommended to complete admission 10 minutes before the performance starts.
• After the performance begins, please enter according to the usher's guidance.

Viewing Information

• Age Rating: 11 years and older
• One ticket per person is required.
• Reservations are possible until 11 AM on November 1st, the day of the performance.
• Moving to seats or sections other than the reserved seat is not permitted.
• Entry may be restricted after the performance begins.
• Bringing in and consuming food and drinks inside the venue is prohibited (except for bottled water with a lid, 500ml or less).
• Bringing in bottles, fireworks, lasers, pets, bouquets, balloons, etc., is prohibited or restricted.
• Responsibility for loss or theft of valuables lies with the individual.
• Long umbrellas are restricted during rain; foldable umbrellas or raincoats are recommended.
• Refunds and seat changes are not possible due to obstructed views.
• If admission and viewing rules are not followed, ticket changes and refunds are not possible.

Storage Information

• Use of coin lockers inside the venue is recommended.
• Due to limited locker availability, minimizing personal belongings is recommended.
• The host/organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged lockers.
