Wheelchair Accessible Seating Reservation Information

• Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved by phone through the Bluesquare Customer Service Center (1544-1591, 09:00~18:00).
• Only wheelchair users can reserve tickets (Even welfare cardholders cannot reserve if not using a wheelchair).
• The wheelchair user themselves and one companion can reserve tickets. The companion must also reserve a ticket.
• Companions will be provided with a folding chair at the ticket booth.
• No advance or proxy pickup available; tickets must be picked up on the day of the performance at the venue.

Reservation Information

• A maximum of 4 tickets per person can be reserved per show (per performance date).
• Divided into 1F standing area and 2F reserved seating.
• The standing area is divided into sections A, B, C, and D, and viewing positions within each section are free.
• Standing area numbers indicate admission order, so reservations should be made from the front numbers.
• Ticket changes and refunds are not available on the day of the performance.
• Exchanges and refunds for reserved tickets are available until the day before the performance, and a fee will be charged according to the refund policy.
• Unauthorized commercial resale of tickets is illegal, and the performance organizer is not responsible for any damages incurred.

Ticket Delivery Information

• Tickets reserved during the initial period will be delivered together.
• For reservations made after the bulk delivery, only on-site pickup is available.
• Tickets requiring verification (e.g., discounted tickets) can only be picked up on-site.
• Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged, and admission is not possible without a ticket.
• Please confirm the shipping address accurately.
• Internet cancellations are not possible after delivery has started; cancellation is possible after return.
• Tickets returned due to absence can be picked up at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the performance.
• If tickets are not received by 1 week before the performance date, contact NOL Ticket Customer Service (1544-1555) is required.
• Reissue and admission are not possible for inquiries made on-site on the day of the performance.

Ticket Pickup & On-site Sales

• The on-site ticket booth operates from 2 hours before the performance.
• When picking up on-site, please bring your ID and reservation details (reservation number).
• On-site sales are available only for remaining seats on the day of the performance, and prices are the same as online.
• On-site ticket sales may end early.

Admission Information

Standing Area

• Queue up in reservation number order starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance.
• Admission into the venue begins 1 hour before the performance.
• If arriving after the admission time, your admission number will be invalidated, and you will be admitted last.
• Admission may be restricted after the performance begins, and follow the instructions of staff.
• Admission times may vary depending on the on-site situation.

Reserved Seating

• Admission to reserved seating begins after standing area admission is complete.
• Please complete admission by 10 minutes before the performance.

Viewing Information & Important Notes

• Cooperation with staff instructions within the venue is required.
• One ticket per person is required for admission; admission is not possible without a ticket or if damaged.
• Movement outside of designated seats or sections is not permitted.
• Tickets are required for re-entry to the audience area.
• Loss or theft of valuables is your own responsibility; the organizer is not liable.
• Dangerous items such as explosives, bottles, cans, and all food (except water) are prohibited.
• Use of recording devices other than mobile phones is prohibited during the performance; recordings will be deleted if caught.
• Disturbing other audience members is prohibited; strong sanctions may apply if violated.

Luggage Storage Information

Luggage lockers are available in the 1F (B3) and 2F (B1) lobbies of the auditorium.

The performance organizer and host are not responsible for damage or loss of stored items.

Parking & Transportation Information

Parking Information

• Bluesquare parking lot is often full, so public transportation is recommended.
• There may be delays in exiting the parking lot after the performance.
• It is recommended to check nearby parking lots in advance; fees are based on the respective parking lot's rates.
• Ticket cancellations and changes due to traffic or parking delays are not possible.
• Parking lot operating hours: 07:00 ~ 24:00
• Parking Fee: 5,000 KRW for 4 hours for performance attendees (1,000 KRW per 10 minutes after 4 hours)
• Parking Payment: Discounted payment can be made with your ticket QR code at the self-service payment machine or on your personal smartphone 20 minutes after entry.
• Self-service Payment Machine Location: Opposite the underground parking lot elevator (Shinhan Card Hall direction).
